Very rude to me when we started talking about the Equinox, I think his name was Tom. He said he can't help people like me due to my income & there was no way I could get financing.&with the trade off for my vehicle as well he said he'll give me 500$ for it & I paid 3,000$for it.. I've drove 45 mins to your company to look at the black Equinox & I got treated like dirt especially when I had my 8 year old lil girl there in front of me whitenessing all that what was said. Very disappointing, I had my hopes high to drive out with a newer vehicle

The experience prior to meeting the dealers was pleasant. All of my questions and needs were met. However, when dealing with the dealer I was put off by their pushey tactics. I felt like my concerns were talked over or ignored, and they attempted to charge an additional 2K in taxes and licensing when michigans tax and licensing should have added roughly $400 to the price. Was not a comfortable experience. The cars on the other hand were very clean and well maintained visually.

Went in was around 12,995..
Wouldn't negotiate a price or
attempt too with the manager.
Offered 12,400, still wouldn't take
it. A week later they drop it to
11,800, then another week
11,484. Sue was very
professional even when I felt the
salesmen weren't. I appreciate
her going beyond her job duties
for me!

They contacted me the next day after I
had sent a question. Thought things
started off on the right foot but I was
being contacted by someone other than
a sales rep. I then contacted her several
times before ever hearing from a sales
rep. He was then supposed to run some
numbers and get back to me. That didn't
happen till the next day after I sent
"what's going on" email.

Though the dealer responded, the vehicle was not clean inside or out
that I was able to get a good look at it. The sales rep seemed
disinterested in my purchase or even selling the car. There was no
gas in it, so we had to go have it filled up before the test drive. Not a
good experience at all.
