He is great, I don't have a license at the time of writing this but will be getting one soon and he told me to let him know when I get mine and he can help me out with getting me in my first car as easily as possible. He responded almost immediately when I texted him.

I sent my grandson and my daughter down to look at the car advertised it was very displeasing. They said they would take care of all of the details to make the sale and then they raise the price. Young salesmen we're at the mercy of their sales manager. They knew we were coming to look at the car and still the car was not ready to be sold not clean at all and not what they advertised they said it was in pristine condition not true.

Ryan from Leckner's called me first thing the next business day, as did Cam. I set up an appointment and looked at the car that evening, and due to heavy traffic arrived about 5 minutes before closing time. They let me take the car home for overnight, which was unexpected since I live an hour away, in the next state over. I liked the car and bought it the next day. Totally pleased.

Not transparent. Does Not give break-up of Out The door Price, statement, even when agreeing to pay security deposit. Does Not honour the Dealer discounted price agreed to, as they include rebates which everybody may not Qualify .

Very positive phone conversation relating to an error in price posting thru a 3rd party online site. Since I am on the other side of the country, I am going to purchase closer to home. That said, they were quite friendly in explaining the mistake. I give them plenty of credit for calling all who inquired based on the pricing error!

I did not purchase this vehicle however, the salesman was very nice. Patient. He answered all my questions. We test drove the vehicle and then he showed me other cars I may be interested in. He gave me various options. He was friendly and smile the whole time.

Experience was not good once we said not interested and was because of rudeness and to the point we asked to remove number and not to call anyone here again but they continued to call our company and even from their private cell phones & over all they went by two names and had to block them because it was just so unreal of even times of calls also. Most Unprofessional & Nobody Here Interested At All & Would Give Inventive To Buy Elsewhere! Please-Bye Bye Leave Us Alone

Summary: They harass you (much more than "normal"), offer false prices, vehicle wasn't even ready for purchase, $999 dealer fees + $890 reconditioning fees So initially I asked them to email me a quote and they immediately called me, then sent two emails then called again from a different number within about 5 minutes. They initially didn't even answer my question. After about a week of dodging annoying phone calls as I specifically requested email correspondence, I accidentally answered as I was expected an important call from an unknown number, but hung up once I realized what it was. They proceed to call me 8 more times back to back from 3 different phone numbers and when that failed sent me 4 text messages, all in a matter of 10 minutes. One of the text messages told me they reduced the price by $1000. I wasn't planning on going to the dealer at this point because they had thoroughly irritated me but happened to be in the area (its 2 hours away) and decided I would take a look. We were there for 30 minutes and never saw the vehicle because the guy said he would pull it around and after 30 minutes, we left. I came back a few days later and they had some difficulty locating the key, which turned out to be because the battery was dead so the manager had it while they were waiting, or so one person told me. I overheard another saying the check engine light was on. We look at the vehicle and it had some minor scratches here and there, but had two cracked tail lights and smelled horribly of cigarette smoke. We ended up not even test driving it but drove a similar model. When we went to work out the price, the other model was out of our budget but the vehicle we intended to buy was apparently a stretch at the first price I was offered, and the $1000 reduction was apparently impossible. They also have a $999 dealership fees and an $890 reconditioning fee. The only reason it didn't receive a 1 star review was because I felt the salesman we dealt with the second time we were there (Ryan) was helpful and tried to find something else for us but wasn't overly pushy.

Dealer Contacted me with the information I request via phone a email promptly. Our Sales Consultant "Mr. Mac Hall" and the General Sales Manager "Mr. Chris Modesitt" provided us with Outstanding service throughout the car buying process. I felt no pressure throughout the whole car buying process. I would recommend everyone to take a closer look at this dealership. They're on the rise in the National Capitol area. Mac, you're awesome! Worst experience ever. We drove 2 hours to purchase the vehicle. Worked out a deal via email with the salesperson. When we arrived we were told that he never sent the email even though the email came from the salesperson and was signed by the salesperson. A supervisor called, we explained our experience. He advised that he would get back to us with a price. Of course we never heard from him. Wasted our time. I don't feel they even need a one star. Fortunately we found a better deal closer to home.

Couldn't answer basic questions about the vehicle. There so called 160 point check missed several obvious problems that they were unwilling to negotiate price over. The radio wouldn't even power up (on a used vehicle 2012) I bought it anyway as I planned on upgrading the unit only to pull it out and found the wires cut and a radio from a 2002 GM had been thrown in there just to fill the hole in the dash. They didn't even change the oil, I got the change light on the way home! The ONLY reason I bought from them is because it was an Avalanche , and they're getting really hard to find.......never again!

They called me 2 hours before I got there to confirm I was coming to look at the vehicle and when I drove an hour and a half one way to go see the car it was sold and nobody called to tell me.

Terrible. Never called to let me know about the car being gone, basically said car gone an walked off. Then sent somebody else to ask me about another car but I was already feeling some type of way.

Visited this dealership and the price they tried to sell me a car for $6000 more than the price advertised. I contacted the dealership before I came for the test drive to verify the price and they said the advertised price was the actual price. Then the owner attempts to explain how they save money by not producing commercials to offer customers better prices. Needless to say I did not purchase the car. Other dealerships offer better incentives for the same price they were trying to sale me the vehicle.

I came across the CarGurus ad and then went to their website. Both had the same discounted price ($10,500 off of MSRP) for the car I was interested in. When I went to the dealership I was met by a gentleman who told me the dealership had just been bought by Leckner three days before and that they were trying to clean up the reputation left by the previous owners and that they were trying to move vehicles. I was excited thinking that is why they were offering such a good discount in their advertisement. Once we sat down to talk numbers the great deal that was advertised disappeared. When I questioned the price being about $4,000 more than advertised I was told that it was still a great deal. After leaving and then sending a message through CarGurus explaining the price that was offered on their advertisements was false and misleading they talked with the owner and conceded to within $995 of the price that was advertised. I was frustrated and decided to walk away from the sale. I am not sure if they made a mistake and priced the car too low in their advertisement or if they were trying to mislead people just to get them into the dealership. Either way, they did get close and maybe would have honored the original deal if I had kept pushing. After I walked away from the deal I saw that they had raised the price $4,000 on their ads making me think it was a mistake. My suggestion is that you call ahead of time to make sure that the great deal being advertised is what will be offered when you get there.
