My experience at whittenbrothers of Ashland was the best car buying experience I have ever had at a dealership. I told them where I wanted to be on a monthly payment and we were able to work out a great deal.

Very very good dealership very nice people really persistent and will help you with anything to get you a deal that they can go and we can be very between the dealer and the customer that very honest with you I appreciate the work that efforts and everything but I didn't buy because my insurance was a little rough and at that time now my I'm ready to buy and I'm ready to do some other things with him again I will come back again

They have a good inventory of new and used vehicles. However, they are not as competitive as other ford dealers. Yhey are not flexible when it comes to negotiating the price of the vehicle. I felt like a number not as a customer.

Hands down best experience i have ever had buying a car in my life. From the first contact until the last signature was signed in the paperwork, everyone we met was unbelievably helpful, kind, understanding & honest. Our salesman Zach could not have been more awesome in any way. We had been pretty picky on the hunt for a Jeep Wrangler Unlimited the past few months, but when we found the one they had listed it was listed certified, well below market value already & still under powertrain warranty for 3 more years!!!! We hadn't found that in any other vehicles in such prestige condition in my price range, they also were very transparent about each owner/carfax.. We have had some pretty shady experiences with ALMOST buying a few others before this one - however, when we told them we would be driving 3hrs out of the way to test drive/purchase it, they immediately pulled the keys for me && the manager told me i didn't even have to worry about paying a $500 to hold the car for a couple hours like most other dealers have done.. i can't say enough great things about this place && the good people who work here. I love how advanced the technology is @ the facility too, no more paper && ink pens, just a touch screen table top to sign away :) Very cool, super informative && trustworthy, dependable, helpful && fair.. i highly recommend them to anyone - We are considering driving all the way up from Virginia Beach again to buy our next vehicle from them too. They got my truck set up with new hard plates off the lot so i didn't have to drive back up in 3 weeks too! Even after we got home & realized we left the spare key, they were immediately responsive then mailed it to me :) Usually car buying is a headache, but these people not only made it painless.. we actually enjoyed the experience & made new friends along the way! Thank you for taking such good care of us :) from the owners, management, salesman, finance guy & receptionist to the whole rest of the Whitten Brothers Team.. we are so happy with our ride!!!

They were very friendly and had the car waiting for me when I arrived. Cathy was very knowledgeable about the car and its features. Their prices were very competitive and I would definitely do business with them again.
