Typical liars. I asked Mike, the internet sales guy 3 times if there was any additional fees before I had to drive to Brooklyn. He assured me that the price, $28,989 was the total price. When I got there, they said there was a $1,000 "reconditioning fee." Reconditioning fee for a leftover with only 250 miles? What a load of bull. The salesmen said, "you know, they have to put air in the tires." The car was filthy, blocked in by a bunch of other cars, and obviously a bait-and-switch deal. It had been on CarGurus for almost a year. Deceptive advertising is one thing, but flat out lying. Stay away. If they lied about that, what else are they lying about?

Incredibly rude management. Inconsistent, chaotic and does not have good company structure. They work like they are in a day care and treat customers like garbage. No wonder there's a quick turnaround of staff all the time.

When they is a car with a better price the dealer should be notified so they could adjust there price and may be have the consumer come pare the cars for example I saw the same car for 25,750 I call the dealer and told them and it looks like they didn't want to work with me

Dealers just want top $$$ for there cars and give you auction prices NOT kkb,nada,..use excuse that they go by auction prices so they don't loose money is stuck with the car after you trade it..but we all no that's BSQUARE.my last car traded in they said same thing and as i was signing paperwork for new 1 my trade was sold same day

Not a good experience. Very arrogant and did not seem like they really wanted to sell me a car. Didn't even get to test drive it because they didn't move the other cars around to get it out. I left after they wasted an hour of my time.
