Troy & Jeremy i would highly recommend. Before coming i went to another dealership sat there for hours leaving with nothing. These two sat with me at 6;45, 15 mins before closing & i was on the road with a new car within 2 hours. Was looking at car and was ready to take a 2 hour drive to test drive. Luckily I had a friend who ran the VIN for me to reveal the car had been wrecked with frame damage. Check Carfax for any vehicle first.

Vehicle was on car gurus for over 100 days and it still wasn’t on the lot. Kept getting told it was being inspected and detailed......come to find out it was having some some body/paint work being done. Total waste of my time.

Made an appointment to test drive two vehicles this vehicle and a 2017 same make and model. I was most interested in the 2017. I received a confirmation appointment to test drive the vehicles. When I arrived I was informed that both vehicles were not at the same store. The 2014 was the only one there so I went to the other store and the vehicle was not even on the lot. I sat at the salesperson's desk for about 30 minutes before he came back and told me it was not available and that it must be getting serviced. I will not be going back to Adams and would not recommend anyone else go there either.

There isn't really a lot I can say. I was supposed to go test drive this truck. But, Adam's Auto Group called me that morning saying they had to put the truck in the shop. I'm not sure what was wrong with it, but it just makes me wonder about this truck. But, the sales lady that i talked to was real nice. But, when I asked her about what kind of accident the truck was in. She really didn't have a lot of information to give me.

The first contact was made by a young lady who could not answer any questions. Just could state the car was not ready. A gentleman called a few days later and he could not answer my questions. He was rude and told me I can do my own research. I will take my business elsewhere.

Granted I didn’t schedule a test drive but I was also the only customer on the property at the time. Waited 30 minutes for the Jeep to be brought up for a test drive because it had to be jump started. The rotors are a rusted mess and it needs tires. This Jeep is over priced based on mods not condition

Got there after I was told several people interested in the truck. I drove an hour and a half to find out the truck wasn't running said the transmission was bad and then tried putting me on another truck that cost more and after 5 min told me nothing they could do. I sent in my credit app online along with my cosigners app and the told me to get down there as quick as possible to avoid the truck getting sold. All this running and fuel for no reason at all... Complete waste of my time

Everything was great. The only problem I had was the guy that detained my car. We had to keep taking it back. To the point I said forget it. Otherwise then that everything else was great. My sales rep was very welcoming and friendly.

Frankly I dont believe this dealer likes to sell thier vehicles. A huge waste if my time not just once but three times. And...I was paying CASH! The price changed three times in a course of three days. The first salesman was great. He test drove it with us. Told us everything about it but they wouldnt budge one penny from asking price and we were paying cash. So I walked. The next day they called us back. Said they would haggle. Said they would take our trade in. Set up a appointment. Told us they would have 2 managers and tbe internet manager meeting with us. Went over the price and said they could come down to our cash amount with our trade in.We arrived at our appointment. Waited a hour after the time of the appointment. Two of the people that were to meet with us had left for the day. They threw us in a room and we waited even longer. Finally we were seen by someone totally different than the phone interview stated. They put the numbers down on a paper that were discussed and went to the manager for a deal. They came back with a 3 thousand dollar higher asking price plus all these other fees thrown in that werent told to us on tbe first offer nor on the phone. Said for that vehicle we were buying they couldnt take a trade because they were loosing $775.00 right off the bat from the cost tbey have into what they paid for it and the cost to get it ready for sale. So not only didnt they haggle but they raised the asking price and added all of these extra bogus stuff. We walked. Today they call us again on the phone. Again they say they are responding to our inquiry about this vehicle. Again another whole different story and price. The right hand doesnt know what the left hand is doing and they fudge thier asking prices upward to get the figure they want. Sticker price is sticker price. If I buy a bike at Walmart with a 29.99 sticker price when its time to pay the price is 29.99 at checkout, of course taxes are additional. The law is the same for this place...36,985. Plus taxes means 36,985. Plus taxes. Not 39,000. Plus taxes. And haggling and trade in means less than 36,985 plus taxes. Also thier hospitality they promised and made a big deal about on the phone was zippo. Hours after our appointment time was bogus. On the phone they asked what beverages wed like. Ha...we didnt even get a chair to sit in while we waited way past our appointment time. I will take my cash money elsewhere.

I should have been suspicious when they made me write a review on the spot on their computer. Everything seemed good until I left and saw my tires were shot, after I had asked if the tires and brakes were good and was assured they take care of all their vehicles before selling. I called 2 days later about it as one ended up going flat and was told since I bought it and drove away there was nothing they would do. When I pressed the issue they said they could offer me used tires. I asked if I could return the vehicle- nope. Very disappointed. They definitely aren’t too concerned with actual customer satisfaction, just appearance of it.

I wouldn't even consider this dealership!!! I was interested in a dodge dakota.i called twice about and they said it wasn't ready. I was told it would be in two weeks. Two different sale's men took my number they said they would call when it was ready. I trusted they would.. I kept a eye on the truck and I checked back in less than a week.. and it was sold!!!!! I wouldn't trust this dealership!!!! I only gave it one star because it wouldn't let me give the zero stars!!!!

This was one of the worst experiences I have had when trying to test drive cars. Me and my wife came to test drive camry's as we knew that was the type of car we wanted. The salesman that came to us continually mocked management and other employees directly to us throughout our time with him. The cars' (yes, plural) wouldn't start because the batteries were dead but this appeared normal as they had a go cart with a battery jumper attached at the ready for the dead batteries. Lastly, in the end we just wanted a quote to see what the car would cost as it was our first time actually browsing and test driving cars. He asked for my social and name and address for them to give me a quote. I specifically asked him not to run a credit check as I'm looking to get a house this year and I don't want additional checks on my credit. He swore to me this wasn't for that and no credit checks would be run. And guess what, the next day I was notified Adam's Auto Group checked my credit. I will never go here again and I will recommend anyone looking for cars avoid this place as much as possible.

Straight forward script was read to me in response to my interest. Non enthusiastic. Seemed to be a bother to even call me. We had planned on purchasing, but with bad customer service and so many options to choose from we went with a similar car at another dealership. The pro was how promptly they called.

Was not very helpful. Spent 1 1/2 hours looking at a car I liked and found out afterwards that it has already been in an accident. The sales person discovered the car with us and I had to figure out myself which cars were available.

Sales guy was very friendly, sales manager, was rude as you know what. I was told about the recalls on the vehicle prior to coming out, but when I arrive the car ran terrible just at an idol sitting still with engine light that I was not told about. I decided against the car because of the issues that I was not told about, and what I think it was the sales manager.

Mine was a up and down... over phone I was not happy af first :-(..prob more me being in a rush ... but I flew in and ended up getting a nice deal on 2 yr old civic. Might been little more cleaned up had I not rushed them. When they say they just got it in .....listen and give them time to clean it up... I have a feeling I will shop them again. :-)

We were contacted back but the girl that we spoke with was constantly rude to the point we requested to work with someone else. Ended up going to see the vehicle anyway and the windsheild was cracked pretty bad. Also don't believe that the person we worked with put a liscense plate on the car when we test drove it. We drove two hours because we were highly interested and they wouldn't even give us kbb value for our trade. It was terrible! This car had a lot of nicks and scratches for the year. Fred the salesman tried to continue to sale it to me after I told him that I wasn't interested. I looked around the lot to see if there was anything else that I was interested in and Fred wasn't interested in helping me find anything else.

This dealership was extremely slow and it took a dealer 10 min or more and asking twice for help before someone came out. The person that did come out was very rude and I know I was at that point. He asked why I was there and I said to buy a car and had cash in hand to buy a car. Too bad for him!! Would not recommend this dealership at all!!

I had a great experience with Adams Auto Group (AAG). In fact, I was dreading to deal with your “typical” car salesmen however, AAG made the experience very enjoyable. Charlie, my sales rep was very responsive and gave us time and space to make “our” decision. I plan to use them in the future. They had a great selection of used cars. Also, their prices were very competitive.

My experience with this company was not good at all. I gave them one star because when I inquired about the car the response time was quick. But their customer service needs work. First,I went to see the car and the car was not there I was told it would be there in a few days. A couple days pass I call back to see if the car had arrived, still no car. The next day I received a call saying the car was there . Get to the dealership still no car , they could not find the car that they had just called me about . On the way back home from the dealership I received a call that they have found the car, that one of the sales man had drove the car to go get lunch. So at this point I’m getting Aggravated, I informed her I will come back tomorrow to look at the car. The next day I call before going to the car dealership and she informed me that someone is in the process of buying the car, a SERIOUS buyer is what she said. So I informed her I was a serious buyer as well I just never got the opportunity to even see the car. Leaving me to question was there ever even a car in the first place.

The called Jim was very rude. When I went to store by taking the appointment he made we wait for one hour by saying car is being cleaned and tire are being changed. When car finally showed, it was very dirty from inside and tires were totally worn off. Car was in really bad condition. All the seats had small cigarette burn marks.I pointed at those things, the guy started talking about the price is non negotiable and he will find someone else if I don't buy and how big is adams which was totally irrelevant. He never let me drive the car. When asked for the reason, he would ask me if I am interested in buying or not. I told him why would I come here and wait for hour? How can I decide if I want the car or not if I can't it? He continued asking me same thing and I had to leave the store frustrated and very angry. I would not give him even one star but that's the lowest it can get.

Salesman and staff friendly no high pressure selling. The vehicle had been treated rough. Lots of worn areas inside and out. Quite an amount of armor all had been applied to the exterior to the point that the product was dripping from mud flaps. It was obvious the very weathered plastic was being covered up. Makes a customer wonder what else was being covered up.

I went to test drive the Subaru. 1. The salesman was very "scare tactic" salesman, until I said I wasn't interested. Then, he wasn't interested in me. We bought the van, but it had some issues they didn't tell me about. First got there and the battery was dead. They replaced and said I had to come back after inspection. So being from out of town I was not happy. Came back anyways and got it. Next day it was dead again. Turns out a bad relay. Problems with the van is not my issue. They were very disoriented. We made an appt to test drive a vehicle and they ended up letting test drive the wrong vehicle. They tried to.colse the deal that day and then it turned out the vehicle wasnt even at the dealership and wouldnt be available for 5 days. They never followed with us or advise up about the availability of the vehicle. We ended finding a better dealship and a newer and beyter model of the vehicle. Would not recommend to anyone to go. They called but had no idea about the info I had given them in via CarGurus. They left a message to which I responded with an email. They called again, and I answered to speak to Tanya, I think, who had no idea about the previous call nor the electronic communications. As it turned out, the van I was asking about wasn't even on the lot, even though it had been listed for close to a week. I told her that I was on my way to look at a van close by (they are 1.5 hrs away) and would call if I didn't buy it and decided to look at her's. I did buy the local van. However, I started getting daily calls from Adams Auto until I blocked the number. I understand being assertive, but that needs to be coupled with attention to what potential customers are telling them.

Dealership responded 5 days later. We had already gone to visit this dealer two days following our contact email request. The sales person was not very friendly had difficulty with the English language unfortunately it took some work to communicate. (This gentleman was not Spanish, Eastern European based on his accent). In reviewing the vehicle that was elegantly advertised as well as having a good clean title, it was determined through visual inspection alone the vehicle had been rear- ended prior, side swiped prior, the parts replaced included the entire right side of the vehicle, the hood, front bumper, trunk , rear bumper and the rubber boot for the spring (suspension) was sitting in the trunk, the work completed to repair the vehicle was of very low standard as simple things like over-spray paint was evident on the rubber seals. As we inspected this vehicle and pointed out the problems with it and the concern that the vehicle was advertised with a good clean title the salesman went on to insult the repair shop "we had these Mexicans who do bad work fix it, now we fix cars here". Wow, we had also looked at 3 other vehicles on the lot which all showed evidence (easily found) of major repair, after the comment from the car salesman's attack on "the Mexicans who did bad work", we were on our way not wanting to spend any more time at this dealership. We did ask two more questions, I asked if he would please have a conversation with his manager to discuss the condition of car number 1 we looked at to then disclose the damage to future customers and sell it for what it was! Our salesman replied " no problem, someone will come who can not see it like you see it and buy it", I replied that was my point, please be moral and disclose this to perspective buyers and adjust the price accordingly, the salesman replied "don't worry someone will come and not see the car like you can and buy it". My partner asked the salesman "how many cars to you get that are damaged, what is the percentage of vehicles that require major repair that are sold on your lot?", to this question the salesman replied "oh, uh, 65-70%". We were well on our way after this. We ended up purchasing a fully loaded 2012 SE with just under 70,000, absolutely no damage at all, clean car fax, near perfect car Black on Black (every option equipped vehicle) from a small private owned business at a very fair market competitive price of $8,700. To put this into comparison Adams was asking $11,900 for a car that was a 2013 equally equipped having 50,000 miles on it however by all rights should of had a rebuilt title. Adams Group is not a dealership anyone should want to do business with, they hide vehicle damage, have titles that are not accurate, misrepresent their vehicles and still ask pricing that reputable dealers ask for their vehicles.

I have not gone to their location to look at the car I was interested in. Because the car had been on CarGurus for over 250 days, I first wanted to email them and ask them if they knew why it had been there for at least that long, if there was anything about the car I needed to be aware of that was not in the pictures or description of the car. The first reply I got seemed to be a generic, multi-sentence/bullet point auto reply or cut and paste about Adams Auto Group, their 800+ cars, and how well they take care of customers. I replied to that by asking again about why the car had been for sale for so long and got a reply that it was possible that it was in an area in the lot where it maybe just wasn't noticeable to clients looking for cars. Personally I felt that was false answer because I felt the car had to at least been getting attention on the online postings, like CarGurus, Adams has the car listed on. First rep to contact me said they had over 700 cars on their lot and that the car could be being missed by customers because of so many cars to look at...but when I looked at a satellite photo of the lot, I count approximately 85- 90 cars on the lot with room for maybe another 75 or so. I also believe the management team at Adams had to be doing the basic task of monitoring inventory and if there were cars in inventory that had been sitting on the lot for 8+months, they'd get those out into the front of the lot where they'd be seen by clients looking for on of the most popular cars in the car market. Overall I just got the feeling Adams Auto Group is just the stereotypical dirty used car dealer the average American fears.

Drove two hours to see truck. when I got there the truck had old dirty worn out tires on it with white letters. Pictures clearly show new or almost new black wall tires. Sales person had no explanation. Manager did respond to my email later but said it had the same tires on it as pictures, maybe the put them back on after I left. I won't be giving them a second chance. I was deceived.

It was really nice to have all of my questions answered that I asked rather than the person talking around me, I have yet to visit the dealership, but I feel positive about what I am looking for. I think they will have it at the right price.

For contacting and information, Dealership gets good ratings. The car, not so much. They had to jump it off to bring it around, pictures of the car are either photoshopped or its a different car. Was not well maintained on inside. Wish they would not have wasted my time.

The MDX showed as blue in color, called talked with Lorenzo to confirm color. After arriving the MDX was grey. They couldn't find the vehicle first, and asked me to come back later, but I declined. They later said they found it. It was not detailed clean, I asked to turn off the engine to restart the car and I was told I couldn't but could test drive it. I also overheard a salesman named Chris talking rude to another customer

Anton was helpful and just a regular guy that was working for the weekend but the finance department didn't do any favors. The term and interest rate was so ridiculous that unless you have meticulous credit or a large down payment then you are going to pay. Dearly. You've heard of paying an "arm and a leg" well, I think they are going for the whole body! Eyes and all, which are BIG sellers on the black market! I personally sought other options elsewhere but perhaps if your credit is good enough then you'll be lucky enough to close the deal with Anton. He's a pretty good dude. Of course when he brought the vehicle around for me to see it, he couldn't resist laying into the gas which is just alright with me! I want to see if it smokes or hesitates under hard acceleration and I also want to hear if the engine is making any ab-normal sounds outside of the vehicle. So he was actually helping me out by doing some hard acceleration. This guy is great! If you're going with this place then Anton is your man. You won't find a more down to earth, regular guy anywhere,

I bought the truck. Fair price. Show room a little noisy due to many people buying. Very busy place but the people were considerate and the head mechanic was very accommodating.

I request a photo of the vehicle but never received one. They would reply to emails about two days later. They did say was going to send me pics but that was 2 weeks ago. I'm rating them low until they can do what they said would do.

I was disappointed that I was not allowed to drive the vehicle that I was interested in because it was being sold on consignment. I ended up purchasing a like type vehicle from a competitor that was located less than a mile away. Don't display cars that you are not willing to let customers test drive, unless they "put money down" to prove their intent to purchase.

Michael.  I am not sure why you were told this.  I am no aware of a vehicle that you would not be able to test drive.  It is a policy that we can not sell that vehicle until we have the title transferred from the owner of the vehicle if it indeed was on consignment.  I am looking into this as we speak.  I send my most sincere apologies.

Car had so many things wrong with it, hopefully would tell the next person about them. Most every thing they said they would do never got done. Had to give them some money because of holding the car for me, after I gave them a deposit on car. End result cost me $175.00 and did not buy the car.

Bill we have been in the process of ensuring that all sales people follow the stores policy of informing all customers that the vehicles are used and depending on the age and miles there may be a few things that need attention.  Because we are a wholesale dealer, some of the cars do need a little more attention than others.

Unprofessional salesman who stayed on the phone 1/2 the time I was there. Truck had rusted out fenders so they very cheaply patched it and tried to play it off like the salesman didn't know. Then during the test drive the oil pressure light came on and said "shut engine down immediately". I drove it back, parked it, waited on the salesman to get off the phone AGAIN and told him about the error message. He then pulled the truck back into its spot and never even had it checked out! I do not recommend these people at all!

I inquired on two vehicles at two different locations. The first location was advertising a vehicle and when I got there they didn't have it and tried to persuade me to another vehicle. The next vehicle location had a price of 5,999 and I ask what the price would be out the door the gentleman told me around 7,500 that was 1,500 in doc fees. I don't have a facebook page, but I would be willing to start one to show how bad this customer service was

Sometimes when things are a little hectic we may miss a couple of responses.  To fix the problem, we have put in place a business development team to ensure those kinds of situations do not occur in the future.  I know nothing of a $1500 doc fee.  By NC law it is illegal.  It may have been your tax, tags, doc fee combines that came up to that amount.  If you are sure the doc fee alone was that amount, please bring it to our attention.

We will make every attempt to inform you of vehicles that may have issues.  This allows you to make an informed buying decision and also to have a "Full disclosure" policy.  Sometimes there is bad apple in the bunch.  If we find that the vehicle is unsafe, then we will pull it from inventory.

I asked the condition of the car before driving over an hour to see the vehicle. I was told it was in excellent condition inside and out. Apparently we have a different opinion on excellent, the exterior was so scratched up I left without even looking inside the car.

Cars are filthy. Looks like no one made an attempt to clean the cars up for showcasing. Hard to spend $15000 of my money I work hard for when the company you are shopping with doesn't find it ethical as a business to sell clean, polished automobiles to the customers. Add to that they offer no warranty and it amazes me that they wouldn't go the extra mile to present a clean selection of cars to choose from. Never will I buy from them as long as they practice these same habits. My hard work and money is worth more!

Very friendly staff. Made sure i got good financing with a low interest rate as a first time car buyer and gave me more advise on how to refinance in 6 months to get my interest rate lower.

sales reps were very kind and courteous but after the fact that we had already received the car and driving home discovered that we had no keyless remote and no spare key. contacted the dealer and they told us that the previous owner had lost the remote and key. it costs us $125.00 for the remote and $75.00 for the spare key, a total 0f $200.00+ for these items. this is not justified since we just purchased the car.

When arrived was told car was never brought to location? Gave 2nd chance and was told I was approved on different car 3 times with no money down over the phone, when I arrived At dealership was told I had to pay $1800.

I clicked on "Fair", not "Dealer never responded". The response was that the car was in their Tryon lot. After reviewing the customer comments on this dealer I decided not to do business with them. I continue to search for a 2011 Lexus GS350.

Good people to work with. Bought my car there because they made sure I was not pressured and made accommodations to assure me. Even put car on lift so we can fully inspect car before buying and took fully responsibility on any minor damage at their cost. Gave me a good interest rate.

This dealer is a horrible and rude dealership! They are trying to sell a honda accord that is dirty throughout and has rust under the hood. They were really rude I'm glad I went to Honda of Concord and got a way better car for the same price.

Not knowledgeable in vehicle I was interested in at all. Had a "take or leave it" attitude. Instead of driving 60 to Adams Auto I drove 300 mile to Washington DC area to buy same type vehicle for considerably less.
