Salesman was good, it was not a good deal.

Went to the dealer for test drive front end clerk had an attitude then the car did not run took 45 mins to jump the car at end of that sales manager only offered to let me drive it in the parking through his pigeon msg service cause he did not have time to talk to me in person I was completely dissatisfied poor customer service the car was great when it started parking lot test drives are a deal breaker.

Called with questions about a car. Dealer didn't return call. When I called a second time management said they will not sell to someone that isn't located nearby. Vehicle is listed on a nation wide site but they will not sell nationwide.

BAIT AND SWITCH! Is there a zero rating???. They wanted to show me the car. Then told me it was a mistake on their website that the car was going to auction. Told by others it is a despicable company!!!!!!

I made an offer and had to insist that it be presented to the owner of the car. They didn’t bother responding to my offer a week later; when I reached out again they finally got back to me and said there was. I room for compromise on the price. I’m not even convinced the offer was presented.

Didn’t end up buying a car from them, but from the moment I stepped onto the lot, I was treated with kindness and professionalism. Jonathan Perez was awesome and really helpful, we were just not able to make something work. I would definitely recommend this dealership, Jonathan in particular.

John contacted me promptly after my inqury, He answered all questions as we corresponded via email. During these "times of COVID" we attempted a deal by phone which I greatly appriciated. Although we could not reach a deal, he explained his {dealerships} position very well. And I beleive he understood my position. I would definatly recommend North End as a place to do business.

Very dissatisfied with the misleading price of car. Thought it was a good deal until the bottom line showed all kinds of added charges. Certification charge, dealer prep charge, etc. I understand the document prep and sales tax etc. but never paid for all the other charges. Salesman was very nice but show the real price rather than try to hook you by advertising a lowball figure.

Very good experiencing buying my car from them. No real pressure, but when I mentioned another car I was going to look at and was getting ready to leave, that's when I got the best price! I certainly don't knock them for that since that's pretty standard in the industry.

They seemed pleasant enough and replied to my questions. They do try to add on a wheel lock fee which I find annoying. Never got to the point of trying to get it removed.

Great Experience i purchased a 2020 Honda Civic from Rich. The initial response to my inquiry was super quick they called me within 10 minutes to set up appointment. The listing was exactly what i ended up seeing at the dealership the car was clean and ready to go. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Found the car I wanted on CarGurus and set up a test drive. I showed up and they let me take the car out for a spin. When I got back I said “I’ll take it” and that was it.
