I ended up buying a different car that the one I was originally interested in. It was the most pleasant experience I ever had buying a car at a dealership. Took the Corvette for a test drive and decided to purchase the car unfortunately we could not make the numbers work. The salesman was very helpful and we tried to workout a suitable solution but the bank wanted a high interest rate.

The dealer responded immediately to all my questions. I requested an iPacket for the auto. The Internet manager did not know what it was and she said everything on the site was the only information they had. Drove to showroom on Saturday afternoon, It was pretty busy. Looked at car in the lot for 20 minutes before anyone approached me. He asked if someone was helping me, I said no. He then sent someone who had no knowledge on the auto. The car had new tires and brake pads but it was in pretty bad shape. Scratched up all around. The side steps looked old and rusty and had a huge crack in it. The car had a very bad odor inside. Originally thought it was a smokers car, my wife said it smelled like mold. I was told by the saleswoman maybe the detergent used to clean. Not an attractive car. We just left.

I purchased this car didn't get it yet waiting for it to be registered but the whole crew is very nice and welcoming I drove from New York and they took all that into concideration almost every step of the way I say that because they dont hold cars even with a down payment I'll purchase with them again

Surprisingly horrible experience for a Herb Chambers outfit. They where super nice and fairly attentive in the phone. They told me the truck was super clean and iin excellent condition, even thoroughly detailed at their shop. I confirmed this excellent condition a couple times before driving over an hour to see this $30k truck. The truck was the opposite of super clean. The body was totally trashed for a low miles vehicle and the inside smelled of cigarette smoke. I never even sat inside or drove what I thought was a great truck after selecting this truck from more then several on the net.

Car wasn't even on their lot. Told me to drive 1 hour to have my car appraised. Then they would have the car brought to their dealship. After multiple calls it was disclosed to me that the car was sold weeks ago. I'll never buy a car from these people. They are very disorganized and don't know about their inventory. Get off the computer and look at your cars.

People are generally nice and the whole process was fairly smooth. The price they advertise is their “one price”, meaning there is no room for negotiation since it is already a very good price. The wait to get to the finance department was long, which is the only reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5.

I called them on a Friday night to look at a car they said they still had it and I said I'd come Saturday morning to look at it. I went Saturday morning and they said they'd "sold it" and tried to sell me a different one with less features more miles for more money it was a letdown

I had an interest in car they had but they are unwilling to negeotiate on the pricing on there used inventory. This seems to be a newer thing with some car dealers. In there contact with me they felt customers didnt like to haggle. That is one thing I can some what agree on BUT used cars have greater margins for profits and what a dealer thinks the car is worth based on certain conditions of the vehicle is all subjective. The guides they use like NADA, KBB etc are them selfs just a guide. While I dont love dealing to get a car it must be done to get the deal done. Not to take the word of the car dealer that the price is great

The sales people and the business manager were pleasant and professional, and prompt in returning calls and flexible with our appointments. There was no pressure to purchase the vehicle we went to see and no haggling. Unfortunately the used car we purchased turned out to have been in an accident that car fax was unaware of. We returned the car 2 days later. I expect a refund in the very near future. No arguing, pretty straight forward. I would shop there again.

I contacted the dealer to set up an appointment. Could not locate car for 30 minutes even though they knew I was coming. Car was not detailed. Complete chaos when I walked in. No one greeted me. Had to find someone to help me. Horrible experience. Would never go there again. Such a waste of 3 hours of my time.

Was being questioned why I shouldnt buy a car for almost 30k with rust inside and cracked trunk door.. Got to question if they really serious about customer satisfaction. Business is not about just selling but its also offering a product that will satisfy the needs of the customer. I felt treated like I was wrong on my comments and I should buy this car with all these issues.

Pretty solid visit, though I was only allowed a roughly 2 minute long test drive, seeing how the truck was sold (but no money had changed hands yet) to someone overseas. Would have liked to spend more time with the truck, though.

per emails and tel conversations, I feel they created an adverse relarionship on price, thru tel calls and emails they flat out advised me they would not negotiate the price, they notified more me than once of this position,this was presented in absolute terms, note, I advised them I would pay the full price but not the $395 doc fee, and this was before they decided to drop the price,( I received emails from 3 different persons, and one yesterday from the sales mgr. another form letters, they still dont get it.) a week later they dropped the price about $500, I emailed them an offer that I would pay the full price for the 2014 mazda 3 gt silver hatchback as I described, the reply was what car was I talking about, UH, why so difficult? that was it for me,Yesterday, I bought same car, same eqwipment from another dealer and spent $1500 more. Disappointed by Herb Chambers service.

I had the worst experience with this dealership, I was contacted by Sindy , she said the car I was interested was available for me to test drive it, I live in cambridge MA, I told her I was goind to be there within an hour, I when I arrived , the cas was already sold, and another sales person started with the game of offering something else. I think that's the trick they use, and is not the best way to treat people intesterested in buying.

They leave their internet listings on well after cars have been sold. They tell you a car is available then you go there and they tell you it's sold. Then they try to sell you something else. They claim they are too busy and it takes a few days to remove the listing after it's been sold. Intentional or not they have poor communication betwwen their sales associates and managers in terms of providing accurate and timely information. Classic bait and switch. Plenty of other options for reputable dealers... you can tell their staff is under fire to sell as many cars as possible to keep the Herb Chambers name going. You can do business with them but my experience with them was depressing due to their shadiness and lack precision and professionalism. Good luck in your search. You have been warned.

Were responsive. Went there and test drive two cars. Mohammed was very cordial and explained their policies. Absolutely no pressure tactics. Vehicles were in good shape. Very busy dealership (by far the busiest I've ever been in - a good sign). Will continue to do business with them.

I have had a very difficult time with this dealer it seams every car I am interested in is suddenly sold and they would not send me car fax or warranty information. I chose 4 different cars and all were suddenly sold. That is amazing. I was told by one sales men they were busy and he was still researching the car but he never got back to me I'm done with them the 1 star rating was a mistake I give them a ZERO RATING

Sales people were very courteous and friendly. Car, however, did not have the interior color that was advertised on cargurus, Not only that, i had to wait over 45 minutes to test drive because the car wouldn't start. They said it was out of gas, but it was a long time to wait.

I don't know why they ask me to fill out a finance application online when they don't do anything with it? This was extremely troubling to me because I experienced ID theft years ago. I am very busy with work and family and though providing my information would have lead to financing before arriving to the dealership. That wasn't the situation, I wanted to spare myself the time and embarrassment if I could get financed.

The internet dept. is very efficient here. They contacted us immediately and set up an appointment. Our salesman "Cliff" was a real pro. Problem was the car wasn't up to snuff. They were selling a car without floor mats and only one key. Right away, it told us that a dealership not willing to provide those missing items was a "Red Flag". We were quickly on our way out of the dealership.

They set up an appointment to see a car. Confirmed it, sent a follow up email as well. I went to my appointment the following day and the person I was to meet was not in. I was shuffled to another sales rep. He then proceeded to tell me the car I came to see was gone. It seemed he was prepared as he made sure to show me that they had a record of calling me the previous evening to tell me the car was gone. I checked my cell voice mail. There was in fact a call but the message simply asked me to call a person I was not familiar with. There was no mention that the car was gone. The sales rep asked if there was any other car I was interested in. I simply thanked him for his very short time and left. Please note, the car I went to see remained on their website for 2 more day after they told me it was gone. The bait and switch got me in the building, but it is the last time I will ever be in that building. The whole situation was ridiculous.

Dealer had a no can do attitude. Would not deliver the car, and used car price was firm. More importantly, the way I was talked to when I inquired about a lower price was rude. Wish I could have dealt with a different dealership. Would even go so far as to say I would find a different place to buy from if at all possible.

Everything was great at first. They were quick to respond and sent me all the information I asked for and more through email. But on the day that I had an appointment to see the car, I called and they said it had been sold. Now, I know its not their fault the car was sold, but they would have let me drive all the way out there thinking the car was still available if I hadn't called ahead.

Great communication for few days with internet specialis never discuss with sales person any buissness due to what they call "smart price" and the asking price is the final price and in 100 miles radius they have the best price but i found the same car with less miles for $1,800 less in another dealer clean title and warranty!!!

They were very good with following up on all my correspondance. Its a shame that they wouldnt budge on their price one nickle as I came up on my spending limit three times to try to do a deal. In the end $1750.00 kept us from making a deal, cash. I bought from another dealer willing to work with me.

My experience was ok. However, my first day there I overheard a salesman a few feet away talking terrible about his coworkers. I also saw many people (finance) sitting around talking and not really moving to assist customers who have been waiting there for hours. Not a way I like to spend my days off. However, my salesperson, Mohammed, and the business manager, Emilio, were fantastic. They really helped to offset the disappointment. I like my car but the experience took away from that. Mohammed and Emilio deserve some recognition, otherwise you would have lost a customer and my business. They were very professional and very pleasant. I sincerely appreciated them!!!

I own several cars and I'm a serious buyer. I emailed and spoke on the phone several times with a lady which was very helpful until I asked her by email to send me email that the BMW 650 had not had any cosmetic work done regardless of the car fax as this could have been the case had it not been reported to the police. Then I would flynupmfrom Miami to buy it. That was the end of it !! She never did. Then a few weeks later a gentleman called me offering me the car and I told Him what happened and asked him the same question as I thought the other lady was too busy to take care of it and he reassured me he would do it by Monday as that dryness the weekend. Again Incould not get a confirmation that this car had not had cosmetic work done on it. The following week a lady called me up to see if I still wanted to buy a car. I told what had happened and she answered me "well, we sold the car yesterday anyways" in a arrogant way. Do you think I would ever buy a car from you even if the price was right ? In our companies we train and retrain our employees so something like this doesn't take place.

They are very prompt in getting back to me. The dealership honored the price discussed. They made sure the car was available before we drove 3 hours to get there. The saleswoman Domenica was excellent and very helpful. We ended up buying the Mercedes Benz we wanted!

This dealership needs to learn a little customer service, oh I mean a lot of customer service. I would not recommend them ever!

Bait and Switch. An online ad listed "New Listing". Drove right there and was told "it was sold last night, its probably just not deleted yet". Came home and called the dealership,spoke to a different sales rep. Gave her the VIN, asked if it was in stock and available, she confirmed Yes, Come on in! Don't be suckered in!

Very friendly staff. Called me a few times but location was 2 hrs away from me so I found a car closer to home

Slightly above average dealer. Deal with the internet mgr for the best price first. Bought a $16k that "doesn't come with floir mats". Cheap out guys - stupid move. Your dumb cost savings if $100 on mats really pissed me off. An EX with leather comes WITH mats. Give me a break. All else was normal.
