I made the hour and a half drive to test drive the vehicle the next day, which was clean and ready for me when I arrived. After a quick and easy finance process we drove away in our new SUV. The staff is very friendly and their customer service is impeccable. We absolutely love our new car, and we had a great experience here. Would definitely recommend.

Misleading advertisement price. Price included many incentives of which many I did not have qualified for.

Poor overall experience. People did reach out, but response was slow and not well coordinated with other key individuals within the dealership. This was the hardest I have ever had to work to try and purchase a car. In the end, no purchase was made. Finally, when requesting the best price available, they gave me a price that was roughly $400 more than what was advertised on there website.

Store manager wanted to argue that all the f250 trucks were diesel which they weren't. Also the truck I went to look at was listed as a long bed which it wasn't.

Sent In paystub for financing took 2days to here back after I had to call them several times. Was told I was next in line on the truck called next day about it. After 4 days of a waiting on them and they sold the truck the night before and made 2 hits on my credit and when questioned they said well truck has been already sold sorry. Poor way to do business

Every part of the buying process was explained and the financing was quick and painless. Would highly recommend this dealership.

These people don’t wear masks. To make it worse, the car salesmen are rude. It seems to be an inconvenience to them that people show up actually wanting to buy. We noticed cosmetic issues with the car and were given attitude stating the car is “used” “what do we expect”. We ended up buying only because we actually needed the car and drove out almost an hour to see it.

Disappointed! They were not willing to budge one penny off of the price. I purchased my last car from this same dealership. They showed no loyalty to a repeat customer. They insisted that the internet price was the best price. when in actuality, CarGurus rated the price of this particular vehicle (2018 Subaru Outback 2.5i Limited AWD) $880 overpriced!
