Volvo dealerships near me (Frederick, MD)

When I got to the dealership mid-week (Wednesday), (I made a prior appointment), found out the vehicle was not ready for a test drive, as it had not been detailed I was able to see it as is but it was locked. On the day of the next appointment (couple of days later) I checked with the salesperson and they informed me the vehicle is no longer available and had been sold that morning.

Efficient, honored price after change on website, no pressure would recommend.

I have never written a review but my experience was so easy and pleasant I have to. Benny was not my not my original salesperson but he is my man! I also have to mention I went in to see the vehicle and Eric, the sales manager was the nicest guy and helped me take a look at the car because my original salesperson was off. Eric was laid back with zero pressure. He gave me the numbers and explained everything about the car, the dealership and the purchasing process. The car was better then advertised. Did I mention I hate going to a dealership because of the stress it can cause. Eric got rid of that for me. Benny was amazing before, during and after the sale. He communicated with no pressure. After we got home we realized the cargo cover was missing and he worked with Eric to make it right in 2 days no questions asked, just apologies! He even put a bow on it for us! I didn't no much about Volvo but I know plenty about Darcars Volvo and they are amazing. Thanks fellas!

Saleman bragged about how good he was and that he could make any deal work then kept changing the trade in price on my car and said he could take a bunch off of the price of the car but not to ask how much. I will never try to deal with them again. The sales manager didn't even get involved

They were very attentive and called me immediately to describe the vehicle. Unfortunately it was not the car for me, but I'm sure it was worth what they were asking.

Said car was cpo over the phone but on cargurus,carfax , and their own website it isn’t.. makes things look shaky from the get go
