Very transparent and up front. Wouldn’t go significantly below MSRP unfortunately but at least were clear about it.

Cesar was helpful and pleasant. I bought a Volvo that was traded in and I appreciated his honesty about not knowing about Volvos because he sells VW. Norma in financing was very knowledgeable. I came in with pre approved financing from capital one, but let me know that because my credit is so good, she looked and got me a better rate with a credit union. If I were a VW driver and not a Volvo driver, I would not hesitate buying a car from VW of North Attleboro.

Only experience has been automated emails and unknowledgeable staff answering phones. No real response or answers until day 4.

From beginning to end the staff treated me with respect and in 2 hours I owned a new vehicle. Their first rate preparation for delivery is worth noting. I would recommend this dealership for those shopping used or new.
