Toyota dealerships near me (Reading, MA)

Really bad communication skills, I am still waiting for this dealership to finish the whole registration process for my newly purchased vehicle and I can't get a hold of anyone there

A salesman let me test drive the car and everything And once I finished up, they said the car was not ready for sale. Apparently, the mechanic Said the fix would be way too expensive and recommended It would be better to be put in wholesale. Why even have this car up if its not even ready for sale especially why even have a price on the car if its not for sale? Makes no sense and a waste of time. Then trying to offer another alternative as if i went there for another car. Next time put your car has had an accident too and tell someone prior to the appointment the car is not ready for sale. Garbage experience.

Service was extremely good, very upfront and transparent guys.

Was close communication with a salesperson regarding this vehicle, had an appointment to look at the truck Saturday morning when they opened. Ended up taking a deposit before I could get down there. Haven’t reached out once since the truck sold to check in and attempt to earn my business on another vehicle where other dealerships have.

Got back to me quickly on availability of the car. Followed up on setting up an appointment
