Toyota dealerships near me (MA)

When I went to my appointment I was pass from salesperson to salesperson.Finally ended up with Leidi As she was helping us she answer her phone.She didn't not give us the respect to say excuse me I need to answer this call.She didn't explain until after the call.When we went to test drive the this car it was on empty.The dealer should make sure gas is in their vehicles..

This was one of the worst dealership experiences I have ever had. I went to the dealership and took the Car for a test drive and decided to buy the car. Since we had never bought a car in Massachusetts there were a lot of issues we had to go through which is a state problem not a dealership issue, but the dealership made it as difficult as possible. Everything communication that had to happen after the car was bought had to go through the sales person we bought the car from. He would then text us but never call us for answers and when we had questions he did not have answers. It would have been way more effective to have the person who needed information give us a call versus always using a middle man. I will never buy a car from them again.

Took a test drive with one of the sales women who was very nice and understanding. After a test drive, Stephanie the manager was EXTREMELY pushy for me to take the vehicle SAME DAY within minutes of shaking my hand. Wasn’t willing to negotiate a deal, and reluctant to show me all the numbers for me to see to consider a deal. I been looking for a new car for weeks and this was my worst sales experience. Car was nice, but sales manager pushed me off the cliff.

Went to look at this vehicle & it wasn’t in the lot, so I emailed them twice & never heard back!!!
