The salesperson who communicated with me was very nice and polite.

I sent an email inquiring about a Rav4, an employee from the dealer (Robin) emailed me back within a couple hours. She was very helpful answering the questions I had about the vehicle, and we scheduled a time to look at the car. When I got there, the vehicle was pulled up, waiting for me. I was greeted by Stephen, he was very helpful, honest, and friendly. After test driving the vehicle, I was impressed with it. When we went into the dealership to get some numbers, Stephen, and the other sales associates (Jeff & JP) were very helpful. They were very aggressive on the pricing. After we talked, my wife and I decided to purchase the vehicle (we feel we got a great price). Thank you to everybody who helped get this done, and a special thanks to Stephen, I really appreciate all the help.
