Toyota dealerships near me (Garden City, NY)

I was dealing with Mindy over the phone and had planned to come in and test drive the car. Since I couldn’t make it in right away I was going to put a deposit down. She told me someone would contact me to take a deposit. No one called. The next day someone else put a deposit on the car. I asked for a follow up if the deal didn’t go through, but never got one. I called again and was told the deal did in fact fall through and did I want to leave a deposit. 30 minutes later I get a text saying that someone ELSE put a deposit. Really??!!! Great job people. No thank you. I took my business elsewhere.

Worse experience, had Kevon Cole, car was priced at $25k, I signed the purchase agreement, and next day he said they made a mistake and they want $39k They made me fill up a back group check form and took my driver's license photo and took my credit card information and never confirmed that they discard my personal information. Stay away

The price I expected the price I paid nothing extra definitely worth the experience

They worked hard to make me comfortable. It turned out the car I was interested in sold before I could purchase it, but they were quick to answer my questions clearly and transparently. When I asked them for a final price after taxes, tags, etc., they gave me an answer to the penny where other dealers hemmed and hawed and wouldn't give me a straight answer. Had my chosen car been available, I would have driven 300 miles to do business with them, and I still would if they get the right vehicle for me again.
