Disappointed that the listed car had been sold over a month ago but was still being advertised, but I spoke in depth with Lila over the phone. She explained the differences in packages and associated costs. She was able to give me a rough idea of what the car I wanted would cost if it came in. I was not expecting such great customer service over the phone. Many dealerships want you to come in so they can give a sales pitch. By far the worst experience I have ever had with a car dealership and I have the text messages to prove it. I recommend no one go to this dealership because there liars and thieves. I ask them to match a deal I had on a tundra platinum with another dealership because advantage had the color I wanted and told them all the information. I was on the phone all day with the sales woman, meanwhile I am at work working construction all day. They finally say they can match the deal. I said I am working 14hrs but will ask my boss to leave early and sign the paperwork. I rush over to advantage toyota in the dead of rush hour. When I get there they greet me and show me the truck, everything seems perfect. Then we sit down and go over finances. I take my credit card out ready to hand over and the sales woman says the manager made a mistake and never put taxes and fees in the deal. Remember I have been talking to this woman all day about the deal no way there was a mistake.
