Dealerships near me (Fair Lawn, NJ)

Carlos was very helpful, friendly and easy to deal with. No hassle at all, very easy process.

Although I did not purchase a vehicle, I wanted to leave a review. Albert was who I was working with. He was very friendly and accommodating. I am nearly 3 hours away. He did a video call to walk me around the vehicle. He even offered to drive it to me should I purchase it. It was unfortunate that the business and I were unable to come to an agreement on a price after determining the repairs needed. Not blaming the business as they may not have noticed some of the items I pointed out. The staff stood back and let me look it over. They didn't try to push a sale which is always nice. Overall very nice people, just wasn't in my budget with the repairs needed. The car itself was clear of rust and I most definitely would have given them my business otherwise. I would recommend.

They were very kind and understanding. I am working with them to see the car.

I spoke with a care sales representative and was told the car I wanted was available. I drove 3hrs from Mass and upon arrival, I was told the car has been sold with no kind of communication from the person I was in communication with. My day was completely wasted. Customer service was non-existent and didn’t look like they cared to even help look for something similar.

Everyone at the dealership was a pleasure to work with

Worked with Andrew L, from initial contact to coming in to pick up the vehicle everything was seamless. Transparent pricing, worked with us for financing and was kind and patient throughout the interaction. Everything was explained in full and a transparent process, the manager Jason was extremely helpful and ensured we understood what we were getting ourselves into especially as new parents. Lastly Paul in finance was a pleasure to work with, helped us understand our package with the warranty and things to look out for. I would recommend Jack Daniel’s Kia!

Made an appointment to see a specific vehicle. The appointment was confirmed twice via text that evening, and at 12 noon on the day of the appointment. Drove a hour to the dealership only to be told the car was sold the night before… “But we have others…” at which point we stood up and walked out. Never got a call back from management when we complained. Don’t bother with them.
