Deal was pretty good overall. Car delivered with only 4th tank and a scratch on fender that wasn’t disclosed but happy with the purchase

They reached out to contacted me several times. I responded and asked questions about the vehicle. I have not had a response to my questions. They actually have stopped all communication since I emailed my questions about the vehicle

This is dealership is very unprofessional. Looking at a preowned 2018 Infiniti QX60 for my wife. The salesperson wouldn’t answer none of my questions concerning pricing prior to my coming in. So when I came in for the test drive, the salesperson was not there. So I was connected with another salesperson that didn’t know anything about the car. I again asked about pricing and he replied, when is your wife coming for a test drive. Also I will get you the best price when you come back. I declined and bought from an authorized Infiniti dealer. Avoid this dealership at all cost!

Good experience, only spoke with over phone. For my personal experience, the car they had was very clean, but after adding dealer fees took the car quite a bit out of our price range and slightly overpriced based on the limited research and comparison on the internet.

Advertised price was $32,988…. I had to ask, then finally demand, the final price which came to $39,550. It’s a ridiculous markup and false advertising. As other said a total bait and switch. These kind of dealerships give the good ones a bad reputation IMO! Yuck!

Writing this as of 9/16/2023 at 1:22 EST Whatever price you see just add $4,500+ onto that price so please people before you go there and submit an application know how much the vehicle truly cost So as for why I rated them 2 stars it’s because they were very professional and responded very promptly but even though they clearly have no integrity or honesty like they promote But the vehicle I was interested in was a white 2020 Honda insight listed on cargurus for 25995 I call they tell me on their site it’s $26,552 But I ask for the out the door price They say $31,148 before tax and fees and close to 35,000 after tax title and fees!!! They need a dictionary to really know what honor and integrity and honest truly means cause even now it doesn’t even show the 31,148 price which includes the BS they added
