We are in te final year of our chapter 13 and has permission to purchase a new car. The only requirement was we had to get an ok regarding interest rate. Once we told them about the bankruptcy there whole attitude changed. Brought out Financial advisor to explain to us why we couldn't get a car. Pretty much disregarded and not a fit for their clientele. Never would I buy a car from them.
