They set up a time to meet and test drive the vehicle with their rep. He was scheduled off the day I went, was helped by a person who knew nothing about Mazda's. He was ok. Bought the car the next day, but told him about a noise in the engine area the day of the test drive. Found out it was the cover under the engine that looked like lost a retention screw. He said service would fix it. Found out they did, they used a zip tie, smh!! Seriously??? I understand that as is, but, you're reputation is going to be forefront and now I will have to inform people of their "service department". Day two, of having the vehicle and already has a coolant leak somewhere. Day three, check engine light goes off. Gas cap seal is bad or PSV in the engine bay (red tag line that runs next to fuel line off firewall) problem. I'm not too happy. Too soon for problems. Inside of a week is ridiculous. I thought going to a reputable dealer versus the second tier car stores, would be better and actually want to put out a good dependable vehicle. Apparently, they are just as sketchy. Will not recommend them for any business used or otherwise. Their service department should be called disservice.

I have been in contact with a sales rep and he has been very patient and polite and helpful. And he respected my preferred method of communication. I plan on keeping in contact with him as we will be getting something in the near future.

Drove 36 miles one way from my house to dealer only to find out that the car I wanted to test drive was not there.All I got was "sorry".I guess being only 18 did not impress the dealer. The worst part is now the dealer is contacting me to test drive cars. I WILL never visit this dealer the rest of my life. [ hopefully that is a long time.]

I had a very pleasant experience with Beechmont Subaru. The salesmen were helpful and didn't resort to high pressure tactics. I was pleased with the deal that I received. I recommend them.

I bought my first Subaru from them in 2005, and I found a 2015 certified pre- owned Outback on Car Gurus. They were all very courteous and everything went smoothly. I would definitely go back to them in the future!

dealer called said the car was available at 2pm drove home got my wife drove to dealership 5:30 and could not find the car went in to talk to the salesrep and found she was not in that day?? no car it was sold and gone. looked at another car they had with a new salesrep. test drove the car and liked it and got a good price.

Great people to work with. Not pushy at all and willing to go the extra mile for me. I ended up purchasing new, but would go to this dealership again if I was looking. Great group to work with, even responded kindly when I let them know I had purchased something.

These guys were awesome. From the salesman to the finance department. Pricing for their used vehicles seemed really aggressive. Would for sure purchase there again.

I was really impressed with their immediate response at first and their customer service when we went to see the car. I was working with a salesman who was good at first but in the end he turned out to be a typical salesman by not returning my calls and in the end ended up selling the car without the courtesy of letting us know that there was another interested buyer affording us maybe the opportunity to move on the car a bit faster... Honesty was the factor...

Janae, there is no excuse for my Sales Consultant not returning your calls.  I completely understand the way you feel about this.  As for not letting you know there was another potential customer interested in the same car...this is a double edged sword at times.  Customers will either appreciate the fact we made them aware of this as you would, while others view this as a tactic to get them to move faster.  This can come across as being too "Car Salesman" like.  They may think we are lying.  I apologize for the way this transpired.  I truly appreciate the opportunity you provided us

Dealer contacted me very quickly i asked a question was given an answer we scheduled a test drive based on that answer i asked them to txt me if the listing changed..they didnt and the listing changed from an automatic to a manual im not unwilling to purchase a manual but not when its priced like an automatic

Great deal and car was in excellent shape, as advertised. The service department agreed to fix a messy paint job on the rear bumper; they didn't like how it turned out so they repainted the entire bumper. Outstanding! Would purchase from them again.

Don't even deserve one star. A wasted trip, car was dirty, with dings. Most dealerships have used vehicles cleaned up and small dings removed before selling. they knew i was coming a week in advance. would not recommend.

They replied to me at 9:00 on a Saturday morning. Did not hear back. I had to contact them at 12:00. Saleswoman said they were busy and she hadn't had time to talk to manager. She said she would get back to me. Didn't hear anything until I sent another email the following Thursday. Finally the manager replied to tell me the truck I was interested in had been sold. Very poor business practice if you ask me.

This was an out of state purchase, so I was not sure how difficult the transaction would be. But everybody at BeechMont was extremely helpful and things could not have gone more smoothly. Our salesman went out of his way to make sure all of our questions were answered and everything was taken care of properly and on time. The finance team was also great to work with. This was one of the best dealerships I have ever worked with when buying a car.

Asked for a cash price and they never called me back. They RAISED the price on the car when I looked online the next day! The one customer service girl was super nice though. Chelsea if I remember right.

They sold a bad used car and could ride it till 9 days after I bought it. they were unhelpful they refused to refund me for not using the car for 9 days till they fix it and I'm paying payment, insurance , a lot of gas in going back and force to the shop and selling a bad car!!

Our initial salesman was very nice, the sales Manager however, was not. He was rude, when asked by the salesman to join the negotiating, he informed me that this salesman did not have the authority to authorize any number...to which I replied..."then why am I having to play games??" the salesman was embarrassed, and I was fed up with the "game". I walked away from the deal. The next day, I went back and bought the car with my number.

Talked with them by phone, they were responsive and helpful. It's only a perk to go through them if you live in town though because they offer services that require you to return to their dealership (oil changes for life of car).

Fast & easy to deal with, but then again I knew (kinda) what I was looking for, and what to look for. They would have gotten an excellent had they fixed a few obvious issues with the car prior to me having to include the fixes as part of the purchase - c'mon guys, you can go that extra mile to better prep your product!
