I had a very unpleasant experience with Gavin. I was contacted to come into the site after completing an online inquiry. I informed Gavin I would be there at 1. Granted I was 7 minutes late due to a previous obligation having went on a bit longer than I expected but nonetheless I arrived for what I thought was an appointment. After waiting 20 minutes for Gavin another salesman’s whose name I believe was Cody came over to “assist me. After talking a bit he brought Gavin over to “assist” me. He requested the credit manager to pull my credit which I was not ok with due to the fact I hadn’t even seen if there was a car I would like. Then he requested I move from the desk I was already being assisted at to the “tv area” so he could assist a couple behind me “because they had an appointment”. I found this to be ridiculous because he reached out to me to ask what time I’d be available and after clearing my schedule I was pushed aside. I feel my time nor business was valued.

Great response to requests

This dealer was so easy to work with. Everything that was conveyed over text and email prior to being able to go and look at the vehicle was exactly as said once I got there. Very nice, clean showroom and really take the time with you. They didn't make me feel rushed and were not pushy at all like most dealership. Would highly recommend them and was worth the hour drive it took me.
