While they were quick to follow up, they had no flexibility in even offering me a range on my trade in without coming down there. I live over an hour away, which I explained, making that a tall ask just to see if we’re remotely close on the value. Every other dealership I worked with was more than happy to provide an estimate based on VIN, Mileage, and pictures; but not this one. Rather short on the phone, and didn’t strike me as someone who had any interest in working with me to get a deal done.

My experience went very well i worked with Aaron he was great. I told him my price range and he made it work. 2 and a half hours later I drove off in a brand new 2024 Chevy Equinox! I would definitely recommend anyone looking to go there you won’t be sorry! Thank you Aaron!

Good customer service. The sales representative was quick to answer to my questions and even made me a personal video of the vehicleis i was interested in. The staff was courteous snd stayed in contact me.I drove 2hrs to this dealership and I am happy with my overall experience.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Please stay away from this dealership - for your own peace of mind. I purchased a vehicle last month & have been able to safely drive it for four days only. Their mechanic cuts corners and the communication is at best, poor, and, at worst, disrespectful. When serious safety and operating concerns arose with my purchased vehicle, they promised to fix it & returned it with cheap rotors and temporary cement plugging the serious hole in the exhaust pipe. In other words, it was not fixed at all & landed right back in the shop. The most recent conversations with Ismayil started as dismissive and then became hostile.
