I called to speak with the dealership and inquire about a 2023 Mustang I spoke with Salesman and my preapproval would cover their outdoor price all except for $1000. Well, they denied that but then sent the car to auction and it's now in Georgia because I called the dealer back and you know Was just gonna pay the money myself but they had auctioned it and it was a dealer in Georgia now so rather than a customer out with $1000 discount that was ready to buy the car that day they lost way more than 1000 and let the car go to auction That just says to me money is more important than customers but then when you drive the customer away, I guess you have no choice but to auction off the vehicle I don't know it just didn't seem like very good customer service.

Great customer service

Dealer failed to disclose engine related issues when responding to inquiry via email. Also did not disclose when called. Wasted 3 hours of our day because of this. Car was $9000 and needed $5000 worth of repairs. Tried to bait and switch us to a different car.

It was very easy. They sent pictures of the car inside and out. Copy of the carfax. Just what we were looking for so we put down a deposit. We drove over 3 hours and brought a check. Mr Gary met us for a test drive and we did out paperwork. Only thing that took a minute was meeting with finance person the finalize the paperwork. They were super busy for a Friday before Christmas. All in all very nice people and care was very nice. We will buy from them again if the occasion arises.
