The salesman was wonderful. I was able to test drive it on the day I asked. I did feel a little pressure to buy that day but not from him. Once I decided I wanted the truck 2 days later the process took longer than expected which wasn’t ideal with a 2 year old. I was told they weren’t any open recalls on the vehicle but there is one.

The dealership was ready to help in any way possible.

I placed the SUV on hold, communicated with the staff, set an appointment to see, test drive and possible purchase. They responded back stating they will have the vehicle ready for me at my scheduled appointment time for the following day. I did not receive any messages stating they sold the vehicle that day! I showed up and waited for them to "find" the vehicle. They tried to find other vehicles and nothing caught my eye. They told me it was sold, I should have left then but they had my keys to look up my cars worth. Communication was lacking and I should have been called to let me know the car was sold so I could look elsewhere and not waste 3hrs of my time looking at lesser vehicles that didn't match my preferences.

They were so quick and communicated very well. I saw the car online and was able to purchase the same day.

I sent in an offer and only got an email wanting to know when I wanted to see and drive the vehicle. I emailed them back and said no need to see and drive unless my offer was accepted. I go no response.

Told them I was pre qualified through car gurus and they told me it was not right and tool info and haven't called back.
