Mitsubishi dealerships near me (Wantagh, NY)

They were horrible. I took a train and an Uber to purchase a vehicle which they knew I was coming. When I arrived the manager let his jeweler's wife hold the car. They had 2 similar cars. The car I wanted 2021 he told me was already sold which was a lie because it was on the lot and still listed. The 2020 he wanted me to put a down payment on the car he got mad because I didn't so i had to go all the way back home paying another $200 for a train ticket. They didn't even care. I wouldn't buy a cup of coffee from Bell's . They lie to people.

I do not like being lied to, worse the car I came to look for was "suddenly" in disrepair. Secondly, $2700 in dealer fees and services outside of taxes and doc fees is horrendous.

I am quite picky but they really took their time explaining everything, so I got the best deal ever!

This dealer is dishonest.......they dodged all questions asked, and then stopped answering phone when I confronted them about inflating the contract in excess of 4500... gave them a chance to do the right thing.... Although the General Manager admitted to me that there were indeed two contracts .. he spent his time about half hour talking about himself .. My friend witnessed and heard him say ... i see two contracts & we can definitelty make the correction ... That turned into the sales department & the finance department failing to answer my questions in follow up phone calls... Still waiting for that call .. The GM talked about his great amount of experience .. Too bad its more about him than the customer..

I called the dealership directly to make sure car was in stock and set up appointment to see the vehicle. After driving 80minutes to dealership they said the car was at a sister dealership 45 min away. They kept just trying to get me to see other vehicles, and there were no apologies, and no accountability. Seemed like no one was in charge and very chaotic. Don’t entertain this place!
