The dealer attempted to contact me 3 times via email but my email apparently was not working properly. The dealer made a concerted effort to communicate with me and we finally connected.

I sent a message indicating I’m 12 hour drive away and if they are serious about their online listed price I can negotiate a purchase contract at the pre negotiated price for the listed BMW X3 M40i and after that initial message from Amy-Lynn Garrison the dealership ghosted me with no further communication so I guess they are not interested in selling at the advertised pricing. I was hoping all the other reviewers mentioning the same thing of advertising pricing too good to be honored could be overcome with a genuine purchase contract but guess it wasn’t to be.
