After 2 emails and 4 phone calls, they refused to provide a price for a car. Their “team” was working it out. I explained I would not drive over an hour there without a price. Crickets…. Fortunately purchased a car the same night from another dealer that actually was transparent in their price.

Quick response Great experience Financial department talked my wife into a warranty on a used car that was a different make from what they sell. Wish I went there so my wife wouldn’t have sign up for warranties.

Contacted me very quickly and helped deciding to test drive the vehicle.

This experience was horrible. I traveled 2 hours for this vehicle. They atrempted to add on $6,000 more on top of the listed sale price. I told them I was paying cash. They insisted I “try” financing through their bank to see what the rate could look like. I waited over a hour for this. Not knowing they were running my credit through several different banks ( I received the list the following day … it was 5 total). They contacted me several times the following day to try to sell me on the car by lowering the price by $500. They lowered it again. I was comfortable with that amount, I went to pick up the check from my credit union and requested the purchase order. They refused to list the itemized charges. After 5 attempts, and almost 2 hours later, resent another purchase order but added on additional $1500. I walked away from this predatory “deal”. They emailed me and called me for days.
