Mercedes-Benz dealerships near me (Napa, CA)

Describe my experience? OR lack thereof? Waited 4 days, no response. Called and spoke witha salesman who said he'd take care of us... That didn't happen. Called back and spoke with Sales Manager, he also stated he'd handle my concerns.. Still waiting.

This was one of the worst experience with them. We closed the deal with exact price and We are looking for a way to do the transaction but at last moment they sell the car to someone else. That was so rude.

I never heard back from this dealership. I decided to drop in as I was in the neighborhood. New location in SSF is very impressive. Vehicle was not available. Met with sales lady and since I was financially unqualified there was absolutely no interest on her part. I told her that I would follow up with my finances fell into place. (most likely not with her)
