This dealership is amazing, super attentive to me and always giving me updates on the car. I bought my Elantra N from them. Rick was an amazing, very professional, and extremely intelligent salesman there at Buchanan Kia. I will be recommending him for any friends and family in the market for car. 10 out of 10 dealership.

I contacted them about a C43 and Jason Bruno the GM could furnish no inspection or reconditioning report. He adamantly refused to negotiate and it was pretty obvious based on the mileage and experience the car was going to need some repair. There was no follow-up or one iota of interest in earning my business. Nothing about financing. I followed-up. Brianna asked about my interest which was then intercepted by Thera Smith who informed me they sold the car. Clearly this dealers is not customer centric. I suggest finding another dealer who understands the service business. This dealer is dysfunctional.

The sales people were very nice. However, be advised that this dealer is INFLEXIBLE on pricing. In addition to the advertised price of the vehicle, the dealer adds a processing fee of $500 (fairly standard for a dealer) and a "commission" of $700 (that was a new one to me). The dealer refused to take off even $1 of any of those charges. Take it or leave it; no negotiations. I left it! So, just be advised. When you see a listed price, add another $1,200 in junk fees to that price.

Steve in Used Cars confirms an appointment with me to come in and sign the paperwork at 2:00 pm on a Saturday for a used jeep. As I am driving and on the way from 45 miles away in Virginia, he texts me and informs me that someone else is purchasing the vehicle. Nevermind that Steve was not available on Friday (the day before) when I came in to test drive the vehicle and said "it would be best to wait for me since I know everything going on". Obviously something better came along and he failed to keep a commitment to me. BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES. I called to speak to a manager TWICE about this, and no one will call me back.
