Positive experience and interactions until day of my scheduled visit for test drive. I told dealer specifically that I was coming from out of state. She did not call me to tell me until 45 min before my appointment that the car sold THE NIGHT BEFORE. It was inconsiderate and unprofessional to wait as long as she did, as they did know I was traveling some distance and was halfway thru my drive. I am no longer interested in giving this establishment my business

I was given a price for my vehicle from sales staff. I was never asked for photos or a list of things done to my vehicle for trade. The day I went to trade my vehicle in the sales staff ran my credit several times, had me approved for a loan and a monthly payment selected with a price down. I show up with my vehicle and the dealer backtracked on the written deal for my vehicle wanting me to go to another dealer for a vehicle appraisal. They were not transparent at all when discussing a trade, an for them to line the whole deal up and then change their minds when I brought the vehicle in is exactly why I’ll never recommend or go to Len Stoler. They were the most unprofessional people I’ve came into contact with who ruined my credit score and car buying experience

Truck wasn't there, I had set the appt up almost a week beforehand. Then they inform me that the truck isn't even state inspected yet, even though it had been listed for sale for 2 weeks, and dropped the price multiple times. They then tried me with a "I've got multiple people interested, and wanted to get you in for this deal". Lame. This all happened on 11/14 and as of 11/23 the truck is still for sale. Save your money and go elsewhere.

The dealership responded very quickly. This vehicle had a Carfax report and I was sent a link to verify it’s condition. This vehicle did not pass the safety inspection, and also had a minor accident that was not listed on Cargurus.
