We didn’t actually end up buying a vehicle from them but it was a pleasure to work with them.

The dealer was rude, unprofessional and had entirely overpriced the vehicle I inquired about. The vehicle is listed on cargurus as 18.7k, not mentioning that it’s actually 20.7k and the prior price is with a trade in assist. For the condition of the vehicle, based on pictures alone, the vehicle was worth less than the 18.7k. I said how I had a total loss on my car when I was rear ended and that I didn’t have a trade in but was interested in looking at the car for 18.7k. I was told that was fine. I then received a text the day of the appointment urging me to bring my trade in with me to my appointment. When I inquired about their poor memory skills and my totaled vehicle. I was told the lowest they would go without a trade was 19.7k. The car wasn’t worth that much so I cancelled my appointment and the car is still on their lot. ☺️ I am now looking at a 2021 with half the mileage and it is an ultimate, not sel, and I’m going to be giving that dealership about 10k more than I would here.

Great experience working to buy a car from Wetmores sales team, finance team and title clerk. I do not live in CT but they were able to help me get the car I’ve been wanting for a great price for awhile now. I live about 9 hours away from the dealership and was able to get my vehicle shipped to me with no problems. The sales team was very helpful and the process was fast and easy. If they have a vehicle you want I definitely recommend working with them to acquire it and I’m hoping they will have my next car I want in about 2-3 years as I wouldn’t mind working with them again.
