Jeep dealerships near me (Glendora, CA)

First I'll say that the salesman I spoke with was friendly and very helpful and knowledgeable. The initial reply was right away, but after I made an offer lower than their advertised price (I went pretty low expecting a counter offer) they contacted me again after a few days, but no counter offer. I think the second call might have been another salesman or they were checking if I was still interested in the car, but at their advertised price. I stuck to my initial offer and never heard from them again even though I requested a call or text with an answer from his "manager." I'm sure they're a good dealer, but I would have appreciated the manager's final answer...

Dealership not very responsive. I was interested in purchasing a vehicle. I sent several texts and emails. Vehicle was sold to someone else. Very disappointing!

If I could rate less I would. They have very poor communication. I would rather not do business with them. I made an appointment to see a vehicle that was available. I went to see the vehicle and they tell me it's been sold. I rushed home from Nevada to make the appointment!
