Initial contact was friendly & but when it came to agreeing on the final sale was shown the hand. Was told to come back if wanted to pay full price. We couldn’t agree to a $800 reduction & lost the sale to a customer who was putting significant $down & excellent rating.

bad people to deal with. . The tag on $10,000 to listed price as expenses . surprised they still in business . an example of a business that the owner has no clue what is going on. The employees don't care . They offered me $10,000 on a vehicle that a renowned dealer offered to buy it from me without purchasing new vehicle for $20,000. The added documents and taxes on $30,000 balance another $10,000 for taxes and documents and plates which I already had.

The dealership has been extremely responsive and patient. They did not employ the typical sales tactics that most dealerships do. They have been transparent and reasonable.
