Fantastic visit of the showroom. Unfortunately they didn’t have the color I wanted but I’d definitely purchase a car with them in the future.

They try to make money off the car by adding too many fees- online doc fee 399$ plus dmv fees 450$ plus starteck security fee 1000$ plus another 1000$ for pre inspection dealer fees for a used car which they sell in As-Is condition.

The price was 5000 over retail and sold with engine light on. I’m a dealer too and was born at night but not last night. But the salesman was great and did as he said and in today’s world that’s an exception.

I sent an initial offer on two vehicles a week before even coming in, I called a couple of days before my appointment to confirm my placement and that my offer had been considered, I was told my offer was fine and my test-drive appointment was confirmed. Upon arrival, they had no clue who I was, no clue about my appointment, and no clue who I had spoken to (and how convenient, no clue about my initial offer I sent in either). I spent hours there test-driving the two vehicles I was there to see, inspecting them. I ended up selecting the cheaper of the two vehicles, as the pricing would've been closer to what I offered initially, and it was I slighly better condition. Well, the gentleman who was meant to assist us with our purchase named "Ariel" just up and left in the middle of my visit. Now the other employee who stepped in to help us is on the phone with Ariel back-and-forth, and my initial offer was never even entertained. Complete scam and waste of time.
