Dealer rep never answered my questions about the car which I submitted with my Car Gurus request. Dealer rep called me 3 times on a Sunday and lost me as a customer. Rep's voicemail messages did not answer any of my questions about the car. Rep sent me a followup email the next day to tell me their Dealer Handling Charge was $700!
