INFINITI dealerships near me (Ramsey, NJ)

I have worked with a lot of dealerships to buy a lot of different cars and have had some bad experiences, but let me tell you this one has been by far the worst. The entire car buying experience was terrible, and when I finally got the car it looked like they had run a dirty rag over all of the surfaces including the glass, and the I got ten miles down the road onto the parkway and my tire pressure light came on - all four tires were at least 10psi under what they should be. In addition, they refuse to put my plates and registration in the mail even though I live over an hour away. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALER. There are far better dealers that will actually treat you like a human being, and make sure your car not only clean, but SAFE TO DRIVE before sending you down the road.

I was car shopping for an Audi A4 and found an excellent looking deal with Infiniti of Englewood and while ultimately I went with another car thru a private sale, my initial interaction with this dealer was excellent. Timely responses back and forth and a very professional and by most accounts, an honest and solid dearlership. Maybe next time we'll complete a deal.

The dealer was exceptional they were so nice and accommodating. Stan the sales person was truly professional, this is how car buying should be these guys set bar all others should follow if your in the market go here. They get 5 out 5 stars
