I was very pleased to work with the team at Prestige Lexus Of Ramsey. They reached out quickly after I inquired about a car and we setup a test drive a couple days later. Working with Elsa was seamless and they were more than reasonable in putting together a deal on the car I wanted. I'd gladly work with them again the next time I'm in the market.

Scheduled my appointment for Monday at 11 AM. All confirmed, and even a confirmation the morning of the appointment. But unfortunately, 25 mins into my drive to the dealer, I got a call stating that car has a deposit on it literally between 8:00 AM and 9:30 AM that morning :) Glad and appreciate their call. But my recommendation for the buyers is check and make sure the car is available before you head to the dealer.
