Sohrab (#1 sales) was the best as was a Abe (manager) and Shah made the (finance) buying part easy. Overall a pleasant buying experience despite the Memorial Day wait due to many customers in queue ahead of me. A good deal was made as was a satisfied customer who left with a good feeling knowing a nice car was purchased as advertised.

The Sales guy, Abhi, really supports a bad name that many dealerships have. As I encouraged them to sell for a lower price, he cried that he wouldn't be able to support his kids. He pushed hard and lied about an Upsell for a Security add on that would stencil VIN numbers onto the underside of the hood, door sills, etc. When I said I didn't want that option he lied and said it was already on the Truck and it was their dealership mandatory add-on. I told him I didn't believe it was already on the truck and asked him to show me. It was a lie. It wasn't already on the truck. They had one price for the vehicle in their dealership website and another one that was lower in Car Gurus. They tried to make me believe that was a mistake by Car Gurus. No, I said, you put that price in there and that was where we would start negotiating from. They said they would clean the vehicle further after I looked at it and before I came to pick it up. They didn't, that was a lie too.

Bought the car, paperwork was done within 2 hours outside financing, waited another 3 hours before I met with financing which only took about 30 min. Inform the salesman I would pick the car up on Monday or Tuesday since they had not certified or detailed the car yet and I didn’t want it rushed and done right. Go figure, after having to wait 3 hours for financing they said they had the car just about ready, coincidence, maybe, maybe not. Could not get a second key for the vehicle out of them either, was told the car comes as is. There was a recall on the wipers, they said they fixed that, they didn’t but I didn’t find out until the next day. The dealership was an hour from me, so I took the car to a dealer that was closer to me to fix the wiper that was not working, they told me there were actually 3 recalls on the vehicle, I was never informed of this by Woodbridge, they also said the wiper was never fixed so they fixed that as well as the other two recalls, 2.5 more hours waiting
