Terrible experience, drive for an hour plus to get to see a car they told me was available. Getting there, the car i drove all the way to see just disappear, they keep asking me to get something else. Why would you ask me to drive an hour plus to tell me that?

Nobody sent me a reply email with the price. I've gotten 3 letters for me to call 3 different people. I didn't realize it was to much to ask getting a price sent to my email.

Quick easy negotiation that was to my satisfaction. I waited almost an hour after the paperwork was done for them to clean the truck.

They contacted me to say that although this car had been listed, it would have been too expensive for the dealer to prepare it to pass inspection and therefore was removed from the market. I see this two ways; on one hand they were responsive and responsible in their actions, but on the other hand, the car probably should not have been listed before they knew that they could sell it.

Quick response on initial inquiry, after a few emails back and forth, I was asked to call. I called twice, voicemail box was not set up. Never heard back from dealership. Unfortunately the online price as $3k less than the price offered at dealership. Ended up purchasing a car elsewhere.

Well I'm from PA to start off so I was gonna make a day out of going down there to see the jeep. The emails between me and the salesperson were frustrating. She would pick a question to answer in the emails I'd send. I just wanted to know if the title was clean. The day before I went down I emailed again asking about the jeep and never got a response. I took the next day off of work to go down and see it (which I mentioned to the salesperson in the email) and they never responded. I called at 11 the next morning and the salesperson wasn't in, they said theyd have her call me as soon as she got in. I went to another dealer that day so my day off wouldn't be wasted, and she called me while I was with another dealer to tell me that it sold. Completely rude and a huge waste of my time.

From start to finish it was great working with them. My salesman, Dave Walter was the absolute BEST I've ever had when buying a car!!!! Everyone was very friendly & helpful from the second I walked in until I drove off the lot. Definitely recommend them to others.

Dealership contacted me promptly. The sales guy I was told to ask for (Harry) was expecting me when I arrived. He was friendly and knowledgeable and provided no pressure whatsoever. I told him my time frame for a purchase and said all I really wanted at the moment was a test drive. He had no problem with this, we took a nice long test drive and he thanked me, gave me his card and asked me to look him up when I was ready. Exactly what I wanted.

After getting no response from emails, I called the dealership.. Spoke to a salesman and was told I will call you back in 5-10 minutes .. That was days ago and still haven't heard anything!!

The internet manager sent me an email and then I called her back asking her for the price of the vehicle and she said she would get back to me but have never gotten the price of the vehicle. However, she keeps sending emails asking if I'm still interested.

After several days of calls and 3 emails from dealer confirming my arrival... salesman called 30 minutes before to let me know that car was not available because it failed inspection.

I had a very poor experience. We had an appointment to see a car and when got to the dealer the car was not available and we were given all sort of excuses why the car was not available but we where offer car that were more expensive

Originally there was a fantastic response through their marketing department. They set up an appointment and the car I was interested in was placed aside for me. A lady in marketing dept. went out of her way to accommodate me and my needs. A sales person was assigned to me but when I called and left a message to reschedule my appointment I never heard back from him. So I went somewhere else.
