Veryy good rezponsive help, but we are looking now at a countryman s, or Clubman S, late model, lower miles preferred moonroof, 3rd door preferred, Blue preferred, Stripes preferred, and loadrd.

Responsive helpful salesman though not sure who distates the final numbers - budinessmgr or him. When I got home in the dark I found the car was missing one $5000 attribute I had specifically asked for. Never saw the car until all paperwork was done and the deal sealed. (They said it was being detailed). Though I had done my homework I wan’t prepared for no written figures of how the final deal was calculated. There were no papers acknowledging credit for the $3000 Paid to them to take my 2 yr old very low miles leased car with 6 mos due to end of lease. I asked about equity and he laughed and said no. I was not prepared for a backroom deal.

Great car buying experience. Mac Safi was excellent and very professional Advisor. Francisco, the BMW guro, and Ms. Dawayu were very responsive to my needs. They quickly answered all my questions and made sure I was comfortable with my first BMW.

Jimmy is the most ignorant sales person I've met. I asked for a quote and he denied to privide on simply because I am too upside down on my current lease. A) I never even mentioned I was trading my current vehicle. B) even if I was to trade my current vehicle, why ASSUME I couldnt afford the payment? (A payment he didnt even provide) I may be out of state but that's the purpose of CarGurus, to search and locate best deals...definitely eliminated BMW of Sterling from my list. Thank you for the experience as now I can focus on the current maserati deal. Great job guys.

My request for lowest price was the icing on the cake. I had looked at and driven this car already. I was blown away by the response from BMW OF STERLING Client Advisor Vance Doughty through email and phone call. He gave me the out the door price I couldn't walk away from. I was in and out of the dealership in 2.5 hours, including the finance portion. This is the way you dream a car buying transaction will go down. 1. Give me your lowest price DONE. 2. Write it up. DONE. 3. Pay for it. DONE.

Contacted almost immediately after hours. Next day we quickly settled on a price over the phone and I signed a buyers order 1 hour after that.No surprises or BS on that. Transaction has gone very smoothly over the phone and FedEx (I am out of state buyer). I hope the car is exactly as described when I collect it next week. Why can't all deals go this smoothly, its not rocket science.

I was very upset that I had to drive all the way to Sterling from Manassas to get this car and find out that the car was sold to someone else the night before. Once I got there there was another blue civic but it was a coup with 45k miles to it. Bryan basically lied to me. This is very disappointing, I would appreciate it if I would get an email or text notification saying that this car was sold and if I would like to see other civics instead of wasting my gas to drive and find out the car I wanted was gone once I arrived. You guys suck!

If you are buying a car at this dealer Jose was phenomenal!! We were buying a used car for our daughter and were treated as if we were buying a top of the line BMW!! Terrible experience, drive for an hour plus to get to see a car they told me was available. Getting there, the car i drove all the way to see just disappear, they keep asking me to get something else. Why would you ask me to drive an hour plus to tell me that?

They contacted me to say that although this car had been listed, it would have been too expensive for the dealer to prepare it to pass inspection and therefore was removed from the market. I see this two ways; on one hand they were responsive and responsible in their actions, but on the other hand, the car probably should not have been listed before they knew that they could sell it.

Communication is not up to par. Took a week to respond to my first email. Then I asked for a shipping quote and never got a response. Only response I got was from another person asking how my experience has been. I replied I was waiting on a shipping quote...crickets!

Nice, clean dealership, and was greeted promptly. The biggest concern was that we were kept waiting till the salesman finished with another customer. There were several other salesman available, but I guess Abraham was trying to get the commission. From start to finish, we WASTED about 3-hrs because we couldn't get the (used) car I wanted as they do not finance anything under $7,500.

They worked with me on price. Organized shipment, let me have independent 3rd party inspect it (without hesitation) and were generally responsive. An above average experience. That said I haven't received the car yet so none of this is final.

Omar couldn't have done a better job from my first contact questions, to more questions, to the test drive and on to the sale and even beyond. Since I was coming from Baltimore and needed a way to get to VA, he even told me how to get to the dealership by rail and offered to pick me up at the station. I've been to a lot of dealerships in the past few months and no one provided the service and constant, immediate reponses that Omar gave. Very pleased.

The dealer contacted me very promptly after my initial inquiry. The sales person was quite nice and very personable. Am interested in the vehicle they have, but have not gone to see it yet as they are waiting on documenttion pertaining to a recall on it. At this time, still waiting to hear back from dealer Update: After staying in contact with this dealer, I let them know on a Friday that I was planning on coming to test drive the vehicle on Saturday. I called on Saturday morning to confirm the vehicle was still available. The sales person confirmed the vehicle was available, so I set up a time to come see the car. We live over an hour away, so we had to plan our visit. Five minutes after confirming the vehicle was available, sales person called back and said someone had just put a deposit on the vehicle. I felt I had developed a bit of a relationship with the sales person, but found it suspect that 5 minutes after she told me the vehicle was availabe, she called back to say it was not. Seems like a lack of information on her part as to the availability of the vehicle. I was disapointed because I trusted the sales person (my mistake) that we had agreed to a meeting on the vehicle, and then suddenly it was unavailable. Most likely, the vehicle was already unavailable when I set up a meeting to see it, but she had not bothered to check until after we had agreed on a meeting time. Seems like an insincere way to do business.

I read the CarFax on this red CooperS and saw and accident so replied back, not interested. Found another and called the dealer with the VIN#. Was on the lot and went out to see later that day. Got a great deal on a 2016, fully loaded Cooper S 4dr hardtop. Drove it home that day. Only drawback was distance to dealer from my home (over 1 hr), but the deal was too good to pass up. Staff were gracious and courteous. Finance always takes too long, but that is the standard. I had locked in a great price from an online site, and was very happy with the outcomes. Would recommend this dealer to others.

Originally there was a fantastic response through their marketing department. They set up an appointment and the car I was interested in was placed aside for me. A lady in marketing dept. went out of her way to accommodate me and my needs. A sales person was assigned to me but when I called and left a message to reschedule my appointment I never heard back from him. So I went somewhere else.
