Knowledgeable salesperson, had the car I wanted at a good price and transaction done quickly and easy

I had an appointment to see a car, and made the appointment multiple days in advance. When I was 15 minutes out from my appointment to see and most likely buy the car, I received a call from the dealer telling me that he just sold the car. This was extremely unprofessional, and I am saddened that they would treat their customers like this.

We made appointment to go and check out the vehicle. When we got there they told us the car was sold two days ago but they have another one for $3K more. We spoke to them the morning before going there. The vehicle still showing available on the website.

This was one of the best dealership experiences that I have had. Nate Houle was friendly, relaxed and very helpful with no pressure. I knew what I wanted and they helped make it happen with no stress. Very impressed and would certainly go back.

Total scam. Price was $4k higher than advertised for this car. Also 4 k higher than other dealerships for same car. Dishonest ad and very disappointing waste of my time.

Enquiry went to an AI that didn't state it was an AI. Talked to it and showed up at the dealership. The car wasn't there, it was at another site. Ended up talking to a salesperson about potentially a new vehicle. Things went well until the sales manager came out. Far too greedy for what his charisma could pull off. It was funny, in one breath they said how scarce inventory was, and in the next they said how aggressively priced vehicles were to sell. I bought the vehicle I wanted at the price I wanted from another dealership.

TLDR: Don't do business with this place. We found a car posted on car gurus that had been posted there for 42 days. We would told TWICE by TWO DIFFERENT managers that the car we were interested was available "ready for a test drive" and "the cleanest car you will ever see." We drive two plus hours to see the car. The car was a mess. Covered in sand, sticky child substances, and contained a package of rotten eggs under one of the seats. The center console was full of trash from the previous owner and the 2nd row was missing head rests. The salesman apologized and said they had "just gotten this in" and it had not been through inspection yet, but we could test drive it. We drove it. Struck a deal to purchase it after they cleaned and inspected it. That was on Saturday. I called the dealership twice to request more information and a purchase and sales agreement. The sales manager called me back and informed me that "we found something during inspection. She did not provide specifics.
