Honda dealerships near me (Newton, MA)

Customer service and online representatives were great! We signed a new car today for a great price other dealerships couldn’t compare to!

Price is about 6k too high. I would snap it up in a heart beat for $21-23k. Dealership seems nice and does have enough information for an inquiry. It is just the price is a bit steep for a used car.

Solid experience

Two salespeople reached out- Melian Ruiz and Natra. They sent pictures and I was excited to drive up 75 miles and get this vehicle . I made an appointment - texted “please don’t sell it”… I drove all the way… arrived on time… and they told me it was sold to a customer who arrived an hour earlier. They said “please don’t go, we have other vehicles“ I took their photocopy of my license that they made and said “I’m not going to buy a car from YOU!” I drove 75 miles home madder than a wet hen!

Basically led me on about a vehicle that was for sale, yet would not return calls to schedule a test drive. Did not follow up when they said they would. Then when I followed up they informed me vehicle was sold.

I bought a car from a small used car lot. My son doesn't have a job yet. Thank you for your support. Steve

This was one of the best dealership experiences that I have had. Nate Houle was friendly, relaxed and very helpful with no pressure. I knew what I wanted and they helped make it happen with no stress. Very impressed and would certainly go back.
