Damage to passenger mirror was covered up along with repairs to the entire passenger side. They said vehicle need no repairs, has never had repairs when in fact they made the repairs; and presented a flawless Carfax report.

Ignored the pre authorization. Tried to demand way more money than the pre qualification said. Left me waiting at the desk for over an hour while a man was loudly complaining they messed up his title and licensing. Staff was rude and dismissive. Save yourself the nightmare and stay away.

Saleman was easy and helpful and the finance was fast and simple. No problem for me.
