I didn't like the car after all but the sales guy was very nicely and helpful He let me drive it He answer all my question And after I decided to no buying that one he offered me others But he was in good attitude the all time

Initially things went ok. Good customer service from the sales guy. Overall their Pilot was overpriced and they were not willing to budge much. Ended up finding what I wanted for the price I wanted at another non-Honda dealership. You would think they would be more interested in a sale...

Made my drive 40 miles only to be told that the vehicle I am interested isn't even available for test drive. In fact I called to confirm before I left home

Tried to add on additional services which added to the final cost tremendously. Did not want to remove these cost. Did not seem very honest.

Another typical bait and switch experience. Used car mgr claimed internet info was just generic input until vehicle had been serviced and ready for sale. Calls to dealership prior to visit went unanswered and could have prevented need to drive almost 80 miles to discover this was not a car we would purchase.

Found a car I liked, applied at their site for credit, went to the dealer, test drove the car. Negotiated for a few minutes, got a great deal, and was done. Very fast and easy.
