Love love love the car I purchased from this dealership and start of the sale was next to perfect we did most of deal over the phone salesman was very friendly and willingness to do whatever he could to make things as smooth as possible.but, once we actually got there in person I didn’t even believe it was same salesman I had been talking to 24 hours earlier. I felt as though we were good enough for him to waste his time on, we sat as his desk for an hour and a half by ourselves, he spoke maybe 20 words to us the entire time . I was so confused as to what happened? But, was outgoing and friendly to the other people he was helping ‍♀️ but, once we finally got all the financial stuff done which the lady who handled all that was great ! I hate that that salesman made any commission off our purchase. We sat there for well over an hour watching all the salesmen interact with their customers so friendly and nice, meanwhile we had no idea where ours was or if he was coming back .

EXCELLENT! After playing ring around the rosy and whack a mole at a different dealership. I emailed Muller Honda for a price on a 2023 Ridgeline. I was replied to quickly, with the exact information I needed. Very transparent process, after answering additional questions from me we agreed on the numbers and I bought my Ridgeline. I’m a first time out of state buyer and the Muller team had all the answers. I drove 60 miles and went past 3 other Honda dealers to get my truck. In my opinion it was well worth it.
