If I could give zero stars I would. They had a car listed for sale, I visited to make sure it was available and told the manager I would be back the next business day or two to test drive when I showed up I drove the car explained I had concerns about the brakes and asked if I could put a deposit down and take it to my mechanic, I was told I could not take it I had to either bring them there or pick someone within 5 miles. They explained the deposit is to hold it only and it was $200.00 a day and non refundable. I stated that makes no sense, and asked so if I give you a deposit have my mechanic look at it and he suggests to many problem and don’t buy it I lose my money? And the response was “that’s the non-refundable part! I then said fine, and offered him over what he was asking cash out the door and he told me no cause he would have to cover the taxes and plates I told him I have plates and he still said no. Car is still there. Unreal very rude and argumentative

The salesman was rude, didn't understand English very well and argued with me about the vehicle I was looking at when I pointed out issues with it.

They are horrible leave you on hold & never get back to you then sold the truck and never said anything to me

Again, no one ever got back to me after I sent inquiry about car and price? These people are either crap or the appt is crap. More than likely it's the app.

Very disrespectful person. He knew nothing about the car he was selling, every time I would ask a question about ANYTHING (mileage, previous owners, work done to the car), he would just say he didn’t know. I put my scanner and they removed some dashboard lights. The car has many issues they didn’t warn about. For instance, the AC was not working properly, it needs new rear brakes pads, the car was shaking and making weird noises while driving, etc. I tried to negotiate the price because of all the things I would have to fix, and he declined my offer in such a disrespectful way. You have a business, if you don’t agree with the offer, you can POLITELY decline. No need to be rude. I drove 1 hour just to be disappointed. Not just with the bad conditions the car was in, but most importantly with the service.

The vehicle we went to look at right away we noticed was not like the images shown online. The entire hood and roof had the clear coat removed with what looked like a Brillo brush. It was not acceptable and the sales man and manager made it seem like that damage was normal. They did offer to repaint just to hood and roof despite other very clear damage around the vehicle. They showed us another vehicle and on the test drive, it was shaking so bad. The sales man was gone for a very long time to get 5 miles worth of gas for the test drive because he needed to clear a code and only put enough fuel in so the code would not get set off again on our drive. Based off the car we test drove and the one that we originally went to see, we decided to walk off this lot. I was not comfortable making a purchase and will not be going back.
