Communication was great, they were really infomative and tried to help me finance even with my challenging credit and leave with a vehicle that day. Love the car!

If I could give zero stars I would. They had a car listed for sale, I visited to make sure it was available and told the manager I would be back the next business day or two to test drive when I showed up I drove the car explained I had concerns about the brakes and asked if I could put a deposit down and take it to my mechanic, I was told I could not take it I had to either bring them there or pick someone within 5 miles. They explained the deposit is to hold it only and it was $200.00 a day and non refundable. I stated that makes no sense, and asked so if I give you a deposit have my mechanic look at it and he suggests to many problem and don’t buy it I lose my money? And the response was “that’s the non-refundable part! I then said fine, and offered him over what he was asking cash out the door and he told me no cause he would have to cover the taxes and plates I told him I have plates and he still said no. Car is still there. Unreal very rude and argumentative

I didn't buy their vehicle and decided on another. They were professional and followed up more than once. They vehicle was clean and as advertised.

The salesman was rude, didn't understand English very well and argued with me about the vehicle I was looking at when I pointed out issues with it.

Car is mislabeled as an SE when it’s actually an LE

Sold me a vehicle with a malfunctioning driver restraint system. They told me that the vehicle had no issues before purchasing. I wouldve been okay with mechanical issues but selling unsafe vehicles is a major concern that should've been disclosed prior.

No one ever responded after the first day.
