Excellent customer service and attitude. Was treated very well from the minute I stepped out if my vehicle. They worked with my needs and surpassed my expectations.

My experience at this dealership was excellent. The sales person, Ravi Gowda, was very helpful at each step. I contacted this dealership on Sunday and I was a bit surprised to see a response from Ravi on the same day. I did not expect any response on Sundays. Other members at this dealership, Sana Aslam and Osman Khan were very helpful as well. If you are in the market to buy a new or used Honda, I would encourage to contact this dealership.

Dealing with them was a nightmare. Drove 100 miles for a 11:00 appointment to test drive a car. They were not ready. Couldn’t find the keys to the car for 40 minutes then changed our deal. The car was dirty, not cleaned up. Gave them my license, signed a waver for the test drive and they never gave my license back. Had to pay $44. to get a replacement. They finally mailed my license back after threats but it took 3 weeks. I don’t recommend them at all. What a nightmare !
