They were pleasant and the car was above my price range. I was looking for the ash colored interior, and this car did not have it. It also sold before they called me back.

We should have been given first come first serve. instead I was dragged out from getting the required information provided for 2-3 days only to reply 3 days later that they were waiting for a deal to close and wanted to get back to me with confirmation from how that deal went for the same car. I was even ready to put down a deposit. Also if they were waiting out, they shouldnt have asked details like the copy of my drivers license only to later come back saying that they were waiting for the other party to close the sale of the car. So unfair practice by the sale team. (Was transferred to 3 different sales agents without clear indication on why being transferred only to be clarirfied by the third sales agent who dragged out 3 days in providing the needed info that the first two were internet sales agent and its usual process to transfer these many times to get to the real sales agent / manager). 1. unnecessary drag out and 2. obtaining personal identification proofs unnecessarily

Communicated very well and followed up with us even though we opted to purchase a vehicle at another dealership.
