Awful customer service. They do not ship vehicles although it says they do. I was told the car was in inspection and being detailed, and once it passed I would get the buyers order. I checked on this car multiple times and had contact with the dealer. I was only waiting on the buyers order. Then the salesman Corey went silent, once I finally reached him he told me the car was being purchased by someone else as we speak. I do not recommend buying from this dealership for online purchases, unless you are face to face with them. They should not post vehicles online if they are going to sell it out from under the person that was willing to drive 7 hours to get it immediately. Just let the people in your hometown pass by and sell cars that way. I’m only putting one star because it won’t let me put any less.

Texted dealer and advised we were on the way to look at truck. Dealer sent address and agreed. Texted dealer 15 minutes out and dealer said ok. Got to dealership and they just took a deposit on this truck two hours prior and would love to show me a dodge ram when I drove my family up to look at an f150. This place will waste your time and play games.

Truck was as advertised, had 4 MINOR issues they took care of before delivery. Sales and management were straight forward and great to work with. For the year make model and trim, price was a great deal.

Even though I did not go through with my purchase through Weikert Ford, They were super helpful and were straight up with me about all of my questions. They were prompt and responded to my emails very quickly and respectfully. Thank you Weikert Ford! You guys are great!

They tried to trick you with low prices then the add ons and fees are over the roof. I mean from 48k online to 59k otd so stay away.
