Unless I purchased the warrantees which would’ve cost me $5000.00 more I negotiate with the finance manager, but he insisted that they wouldn’t sell a car unless I purchase the warrantees which included LO-JACK Scotchgard on the seats paint protection all the things that I do not want or need Make sure you get it a good understanding of what they are trying to sell you because they do not honor the online price

Bait and switch. Tell you whatever you want to hear to get you in the door and then hit you with 5K in add ons. Very unprofessional staff.

I’ve only been to car dealerships where the people try to get over on you and try to put you in a car that you don’t want. Toyota crown listened to me and handled everything with class.
