I’ve only been to car dealerships where the people try to get over on you and try to put you in a car that you don’t want. Toyota crown listened to me and handled everything with class. While they don't currently have a car that fits my needs, general manager Mark Thomas was extremely helpful answering questions about Maserati's in general. He even went so far as to pull up history on a Ghibli at another dealership which hadn't provided much info on the car they were selling. If the car I am looking for turns up at Mark's store, I wouldn't hesitate making a visit!

Trash. Came in to purchase a truck. Walked up to help desk, said I’d like to see a particular truck. They respond “phone number”. I say no thank you, I’d just like to look at the truck. They say well that’s the process. I say ok and leave as they laugh about it. They’re also still adding $4k markups on their trucks. Just another shady pack of scumbags disguised as a car dealer. I look forward to the day all dealers told and we deal direct with the manufacturers.
