Dart helped me out. He was attentive over the phone a day before I even stepped foot into the dealership. The service was quick. I was out in about an hour.

They started messaging me a lot and then when I responded I never heard another word from them.

I had a mixed experience with this dealership. My initial contact was not great—I felt like I was more of a hassle than a valued customer, and I didn’t receive a response for about two days. However, when they followed up, I was connected with a different salesperson who was terrific. They were professional, responsive, and made the actual purchase process much smoother. The finance process did take quite a while, which was a bit frustrating. Since I purchased the vehicle out of state, the original documents needed to be mailed to my state’s MVD. I requested a tracking number but have yet to receive confirmation that the documents were sent. Each time I call, I’m told it will be taken care of, but I still haven’t received any update. Overall, while the sales experience improved significantly after the initial contact, the follow-through and communication—especially regarding important documents—needs improvement.

Absolutely zero customer service. Tried to work total deal before coming in as we always have through other dealerships to include high end dealerships in the OC. “Tim” never returned my calls. “Becky” Strung me along for 2 days pending credit application (also advised I would possibly just be paying cash) found out they never even ran my credit or did anything but send me random texts they’re working on everything. Another associate tried telling me I had the wrong dealership when I explained no one was actually trying to sell the vehicle. Ended up buying from another dealership who worked everything out for me in a couple hours.

Dealer was arrogant, and non approachable. The company i am working for, was looking for 2 work trucks so we send a question. Dealer blocked from viewing website, don't trust him. In a service industry why so arrogant? I decided to go elsewhere and we got 2 newer trucks, just not with this clown
