The usual used car sales tricks. There should be laws for the consumer!!! First they didn't have the car, they had a different car they showed me. Then they did find the 2019 Suburban, but with a higher price. They looked at my trade and produced a sales contract. The numbers never stayed the same on the contract. We talked it back and forth a few times. In the end, I would give them my trade, free. And still pay way more than the original price. I left, did not buy anything there. This all came from their management. The sales person, James Sanchez, was always very pleasant to deal with and professional.

Fake prices… when I Asked for out the door price for the 2023 ZL1 which they list for under $2,500MSRP they verbally gave me a number but when I asked out the door in writing they responded with “we can’t do that”. With no valid reasoning. They won’t take to take the time and effort you put to show up to the dealership just to hear from them the price is not what you expected.

Took days to get a call back despite multiple messages. Ultimately, I'm told they cannot send additional pics or quote/estimate unless I am physically present. I live over 4 hrs away and made clear I could pay cash after they seemed worried they might waste their time if i couldn't qualify for financing. I have purchased multiple cars that were not in my town over the past 5 years and this is the first time anyone refused to deal with me. Why even advertise online then?

The first contact was the last worst experience ever ...Zero overall rating Car Buyer Be Aware ..... one detail ..I made a inquiry on a gmc canyon asked what the out the door price is and was told today it is ......tomorrow with the market adjustment more and all fees are mandatory when I tried to say Not So ..I was told to F off if I have no interest in haveing him sale me a truck ....would you purchase a anything from a company like this .....enough detail now to post

This dealer does the same everytime: post a vehicle, post a picture of a brand new vehicle and flood you with nice but useless emails. when you ask for pictures of the actual vehicle they ignore your request and continue sending emails... in my case I had to block them for a while.

Great service

Car had been sold prior week was still listed and wasn’t taken Dow until last week. Tried to talk me into different car, wanted manual transmission for flat tow behind motor home. Did not care for lack of knowledge of sales persons including manager.

Not the truck we wanted but sales personnel is working hard and constantly staying in touch to find something to suit us
